It is the way kits are. It is no bug or glitch. Below the sum line it will show what you save even though you are buying an item again. If you cannot save any crystals because of pre-bought items and a lack of good discount, the kit would not be listed at all.

^_^ , crystals raining out the sky, a-lot of dusty equipment gone, ^_^ ^_^

Weird, I would think with the demise of Vulcan at long range , there would be more shafters playing the game. I also think that was one of the reasons they nerfed Vulcan in the first place, or perhaps it was all because of their beloved Failgun.

Dirty is the best long paint in the game , unless you spend ALOT of $$$. I like how you did not mention dirty protects against rail. Shaft and rail are the only two long range sniper weapons in this game, now :( , and also the two highest per shot damage weapons in the game. Perhaps you play on short range maps where there is no sniping and also where rails are not as common. Or maybe you play light hulls where you die anyway if hit by these things. Also dirty is "masking paint" and if you are in "bushes" with dirty paint, people will not see you. It is possible to hide a Titan with dirty paint with one or two bushes .

Old Vulcan proved that many campers were incompetent whiny wimps. B)

Old Thunder with new reload time would seem fair to me.

 I needed my comedy for the day. Perhaps Vulcan should shoot cotton balls, then flaming cotton balls when it overheats 2 seconds later. Old Vulcan proved that many campers were incompetent whiny wimps. B) They just need to put thunder back where it was. Maybe leave the new reload the same. Yea , Freezing is wayyy too long. Firebirds burn is too long. Buy a heavier tank :P . Or give everyone 10% more prot. OH , I noticed you missed one (put rail back to old reload.) OH again, Isida back to what it was.
-
The slower reload time for hammer , increased drugging with hammer,IMO. No hammer user wants to risk an enemy nearby living any longer than necessary, if they are going to have to reload for a couple days.

I stand somewhat corrected number wise. Vulcan has become too weak to fight it out with the ONLY other two long range weapons - rail and shaft. At short range it still inflict significant damage but it no longer compares to many. Most weapons on DD at M4 inflict more damage per second than Vulcan. example Firebird-148, freeze 160, Hammer 230, Shaft 520, etc. You arguable the reloading times as each second or per second, but first shot happens in the first second. 103 pt/sec for Vulcan(DD M4) (at 50m?) is nothing OP. I guess we will never see another long -range weapon , because the camper will cry. Not you , as you seem to have issues with Vulcan's at short range. Which is not too common at my rank or the maps I play. I was using Vulcan to kill off campers at long range, now it doesn't seem to have the "umph" to get that done anymore DD or not. And as far as short range Vulcans, I would not dare playing that way . As fighting them now, I just blow them away with Rico. SO I am puzzled some, because the figs as you present them make sense according to the definitions, but I am not seeing it on the battlefield.Lower M Vulcans are pathetically weak now.

Buy M1 , rico, rail, dictator. Starter KIt XL for paints definitely (dragon and dirty ). If you can't buy starter kit XL for the paints- I suggest corrosion, or cheaper dirty.

Where do you find the server number of players list? It used to be on drop down for me but that disappeared in Dec/Jan. As to rank battles , I always fight ones equal to my rank and lower.
-
Have you heard of the "carrot on a stick method"? Let's just say you are the donkey in this game :D . Kits are posted by an "algorithm" in relation to your rank and your propensity to buy crystals. They hang these "kits/carrots" in front of players hoping the player will buy crystals to get them, and/or buy crystals for an SMP pass to make the XP to get to the next rank and then buy more crystals, to buy such "kits" Yes a few others kits are posted here and there , merely as advertising for what you could buy later(holy grail carrots), or immediately to motivate other people to buy them too(MIRV carrot). But the ones that pop up here and there, just for you ;) ,- Don't be the Donkey.

Love this quote. If it is okay, can I use this elsewhere?

They seem to have updated wiki fairly well. All weapons reflect last rebalance. Hulls are accurate in the drop down [expand] menu, but not in the main article for each hull. I don't know of MU prices but the upgrade numbers are right. I also don't know if the prices of hulls and weapons are right "everywhere".

Well you don't to worry about Vulcan no more. Many have given it up although there still a few. Last night and this morning I probably relieve 8 people of ever using Vulcan again. I just would stop, when they start shooting at me, swing the ol' Rico around and blast them off the map. Short range long range (80m-) ^_^ didn't matter. They all died. Then I send message -"Give up that Vulcan" As to hammer , yes the spread did negatively affect Hammer. Doing some experimental test shooting B) . One pellet flies high(5m+) at about 20 m,2 at about 25 , 3 at 30, 4-5 at 40. Estimates as best I could. Didn't try figure the horizontal spread. But once the spread goes wider than 5m , pellets get lost bad . At 40m+ half or more are going to miss. Tank size might affect these figures and gun/target aspect. All these high pellets reflect a loss of Damage. Still a good weapon (with x2 DD) :D

Which means you can't figure out how to handle or maneuver to avoid 15 damage points/sec at 50+Meters. These are M4 figures. Sure it is 30 points a second with X2 firepower at long range. But Again this an M4 figure w/x2power. You mention Isida and/or Freeze support . All that means is you are facing TWO or MORE tanks, which can't do anything else for their team. Most Vulcan were/are not M4's, M3's dish out an annihilating  14 pts/sec at long range , M2's 13, M1 's a big bad 8 pts. So yea , Vulcan must seem OP, if you sit there ;) and get shot at by an M4 on double firepower for say 6-15 seconds. Which is about thrice to one 15th as long as you would live, sitting there as a DUCK for other long range M4 weapons at double firepower. Surely , Vulcan is still OP.

Thunder's have always a problem for Rico users except at less than 60 meters or something like that. I am a rico user, normally. The damage a thunder did by direct hit or close splash got my attention a-lot before the re-balance. The "new" issue now is I just have to find which thunder is blasting me to reply. I look around now and I see more Thunders than I did before the rebalance. Now Thunder is just another Smoky.

Wrong post
-
Thunder is often a pain , but believe me Rico is more of a threat, unless you are at 80+ meters away. ;)
-
I would advise buying Dragon paint then too. ;)
-
Why don't just they just nerf everything but your weapon and your tank.
-
What? They reduced damage by 10% and reduced long range damage by a further 50%. How did you make gizmo? If you can't handle a Vulcan now , do you even know how to play,,, good?
-
It is less than Rico now. Thunder- 3(dam. min M0) - 11.5(dam. max M4) Rico - 14-18 M0
-
Hi Boss, That was a GOOD lucky shot. :D , However as you did kill 4 , I will assume you hit one one splashed 3. But you realize Thunder's splash now even at M4 is only (11.5) damage , so three you got no kill credit or very little for(unless you shot them at some prior time), and of course it is questionable if you got credit for the one you hit. The removal of max splash damage for 5 meters I think really hurts thunder. I be irritated like all the Vulcan users are.
