You said you're reading to hustle and fall down a lot, but you can't always get back up if you don't have the resources. And once you've run out of resources you will wish you didn't drop out. Just complete High School and get a college degree. You don't have to like the job, but you need the job to make money to survive.

High likelihood it is your internet or the server is really full. Try refreshing the page or just go to another server.

The forum does occasionally glitch, but it is not getting consistently worse. Also, the devs are currently working on a new forum that could resolve some of your issues.

There are lots of reasons for lags, overloaded server, your settings, and your internet. I've had all of those happen to me in my play time. It isn't fun, but it usually isn't a 100% constant state.

I would say no, there is no need to have another M3 medium hull. As for the Alterations, I don't have enough experience with either to give you a recommendation.
