    One is short range and one is medium range. It depends on what you want to do with it.
  2. You know, @creeperskelly, forget about TO staff. They do not care about anything or they don't know how to do things. I was thinking about your bot suggestion to face team imbalance. I thought of another and easier solution. Scale down the damage and the health of the team tanks of the bigger team by the ratio of the team sizes. Say, one team is 4 and the other is 3. The team of 4 should have the damage of their turrets and the health of their hulls scaled down by 25%, so their fire power and resilience is equivalent to that of a team of size 3. I think this is the easiest and reasonably fair solution. If the team of 3 becomes 4, things go back to normal. If it becomes 5, it gets scaled down by 20% and so on. Another thing, I think tanks should remain "nothing" or not materialize until 5 seconds after the person moves the tank. That way, nobody can plant a mine without the person knowing about it or do spawn killing. Naturally, we don't expect TO to do anything about this.
  3. Forget about Tanki Staff now. They only see what they want to see. Your proposal will not work, because you neglect to consider the background behind this miserable update. Do you remember the battle early end system? Maybe you were not around. The point is that they do not want a team to being slaughtered and having to leave or hang around in pause or whatever until that sorry battle to end. It turned out that it was not as trivial as they thought so they removed it and made it an option in PRO battles because whoever wrote that code felt it was too dear to him to throw it in the trash. Now, this is an equally brilliant idea. Someone figured that this very simple solution can replace the early end system. Here is what I think is going to happen: They will keep doubling the cap until it becomes untriggerable in all popular games. It may get triggered in Madness CP or maybe not. The code for this update is not going anywhere. It is just going to be tweaked until it is as good as not being there, just like the early end system, which you probably have not heard about. A perceptive and objective game designer would instantly figure out that this is a huge waste of time, and the best use of time for this feature is just removing this miserable code and formatting the hard disk it is on! See how much time we wasted discussing this sorry update instead of playing the game and they are not even reading our input? Maybe that was the point from the start?
  4. Semyon Strizhak's comment on the V-Log about this update was an insult. I can't believe how superficial and clueless it was. He is happy that they doubled the cap limits. This in itself shows that the initial implementation was an arbitrary trial based on clueless theoretical analysis from someone who does not know anything about the game. You asked for feedback, and we provided you with tons of it. What did you do with that? You did not even read it. It is no wonder the early battle end system was the embarrassing failure it was. You do not make any effort in understanding what is going on or even reading the feedback, which is the least anybody can do. I am actually surprised and impressed that Tanki is still playable when it is managed this way. Did someone bet Semyon Strizhak that he could not come up with a more embarrassing failure than the early end system?
  5. Relax. It is going to take them a couple of weeks to find out that they bit more than they can chew. Seemingly simple things can be the most complicated things.
  6. Voting to end is a miserable proposal. You can't put important things in the hands of players. You don't want someone to invite his friends to one side and vote to end or whatever. The battles should continue to their prescribed time. The reasons battles die or deteriorate should be addressed. I think when the enemy leaves, the winners should wait double the remaining time because their tactics drove the enemy away by making it impossible for the enemy to have fun. They deserve not to have fun or leave as well.
  7. Semyon, please don't make it hard for us and for you. We have already given you all the feedback needed. This is still as bad as before. Let me give you an example: Polygon CP 15 minutes: Caps at 100. 100 point captures need 17 minutes of continuous capture. It will never trigger. Doubling it was wrong. You should have at least gone with capping the difference not the maximum at about 40 or 50. Madness CP 15 minutes: Caps at 100: It takes 17 minutes / 7 points = less than 3 minutes to cap it at 100. It would look embarrassing to make 10 trials and errors before you find out that it can't be fixed easily and then take it off like you did with the early battle end system. For God's sake, please remove this until you think it over thoroughly and find a good solution. Please take this game seriously.
  8. Seriously? Tanki, you don't need to think or analyze anything. Just read the darn feedback. We have already talked about this. How long is it going to take you to figure out that this is a useless update?
  9. They can do that by bringing the price of the PRO pass down. That would not irritate everybody either. It will also have more people buy it, so it is not all that bad.

    Each is better than the other, depending on the battle and your skill with it. I started with Isida M3 and I use it more than I use Thunder M3. I recently started using Fire M3, and I find it more fun. I intend to start using Rico M3 if there is a sale in a couple of weeks. I suggest that you start with the Isida. Each is a different play style.

    It depends on the battle. If they most have protection against something, you should switch. If they do not have protection against any, it depends on the mode. If it is CP with one point, Fire is great. If it is one on one, Isida is better. If it is long range, Thunder is better. The best way is to observe what happens in battles, and see how each tank does based on its equipment and skill. It is not trivial, but you need to be able to assess your enemies and friends.

Guys, we have suggested solutions for this issue many times, but they were rejected because they were not the mother of all solutions that would put an end to world hunger, wars, ignorance, and illness. And, ... Then Tanki comes out and makes the silliest solution ever. We could not think of that because of how silly and useless it is.

  14. You are opening a can of worms like the one we had with the early end system, which nobody could put the worms back in the can, so we killed them all and ordered a new sealed can of worms. Keep the stupid can of worms sealed. Don't open it. Nobody can put the wiggly jiggly worms back in it.

    Play there, and see who kills you or irritates you most. Though, don't invest much in paints at your rank. You'll throw them away soon. I used Dragon, which is a very low rank paint, all the way to Colonel or even higher until I bought Cherry with the Medic Kit. So, consider picking a cheap paint or a couple of them and upgrading them a little instead of buying an expensive paint to thow away in a month or two.
  20. I am sorry, but this does not make sense to me. If your score earning (that of everyone in the battle), which is equivalent to the growth of the battle fund, your crystal rewards should be equal, not less or more than your average. The problem though as @creeperskelly said, is that there is no time to work out synergy between the team or time for the losing team to come back. If you lose in the first minutes, you lose. By the time, you start to get steady and start earning scores, the battle is over. It is kind of like instead of playing soccer as two halftimes of 45 minutes, you make it 90 1-minute periods. By the time the players reach where they can shoot at the goal, the referee whistles!
  21. I think we bashed the devs too much. I do not think it was done for money or to cap crystal farming or collecting. I think it was done to replace the huge failure of the early end system. TO, this is a game changer. You do not implement a game changer without any testing at all. At least, someone needs to play a sample of the different maps, different modes, etc. before doing this. Why wasn't it tried on the test servers? The flaws are so obvious the blind can see them even without doing test runs on the test servers. Don't bother analyzing the results and the feedback. You will end up trying to redo the failed early end system, which you could not figure out how to fix. When we discussed the early end system, we made suggestions, we provided criticism, etc. as to how it should be fixed. It is very difficult to fix. You can't fix it by doing what you did here. Either drop it, or fix the obvious cases only, e.g. spawn killings, or 10 players pounding 1 or 2 players on the other team. They key thing is that there has to be a difference and a ratio. E.g. the ratio should be < 20 and the difference > 20, so you do not kill a game at 1:0, but you kill a game at 21:1 or 20:0. Anyway, this is just too complicated to fix. Just drop it. It is good to know one's limit. If you could fix this, you would have fixed the early end system. So, Just drop it.
