Nice celebrations, the special Hammer/Wasp mode looks interesting. Also appreciate the lowered exp mission by 5k. Makes it easier to finish for sure. The nerf on EMP Gauss is also a good step. Let's see if the reduced splash radius will make a difference.

When you drop Gold Box for yourself, I believe it is just a regular Gold Box, not the festive one. It's not really specified in the announcement any further other than by this one sentence, so you might rather take the selfie with a Gold box that is dropped "naturally" just to be safe. But then again, it's not really mentioned in the conditions, so perhaps a further explanation should be made in the announcement.

I got EMP Smoky from Ultra Container, and I have to say while powerful, it does not hold a candle to EMP Gauss. No wonder 50%+ of players start to equip Gauss protection. It's basically a necessity these days. Gauss in itself is extremely powerful weapon because it is far more versatile than competing heavy hitters like Shaft and Railgun. Even if the Gauss itself with EMP does not kill you, it will leave you extremely vulnerable, not to mention the ridiculous splash that also applies this effect. When you look at EMP Smoky, it only applies the EMP every (4th-5th) hit with critical damage and only to one target, plus Smoky has been nerfed, so now it's far harder to apply the effect on long distances because the shot needs to travel to the target unlike Gauss' instant damage after successful locking. The immunities are also very sparse because they are hidden behind paywall, and even if they appear in challenges, you must literally wait months and months to get the immunity you actually want and for the hull you actually want it on. That is ofc, if you have tankoins for Gold Tier :))) Gauss EMP also does not have enough of downsides: -25% damage - pffff pls everyone is using Booster these days and you disable enemy's supplies, so you automatically gain damage advantage by disabling DA anyway. -no splash on regular shots - again pffff you have increased speed on locking on target lol Generally, these effects are incredibly powerful and extremely hard to combat, Burn on everything, AP on everything, EMP soon on everything, Stun on everything.... we will soon have incredible problems deciding which Immunity to equip because these additional effects simply do too much damage or leave you exposed too much. Basically these days, you can apply three different effects at once by using Hunter or Hooper with AP, EMP, Freeze/Burn augments. It's pretty insane when you put supplies and drones to the mix.

Actually, I like the Hunter Augment for it better. Bought it on 70% sale because I wanted to try it for some time, and I really liked the almost instant lock on target. It shoots just one rocket but it's harder to dodge it since the speed is not hindered in any way.

I really like the Update in which they changed how the battle sides work (you are always on the blue team and the enemy on the red team from both perspectives), so when someone today said to us: "hah, you stupid red losers", it felt very satisfying seeing him on the red team from our perspective.

1.) Citing Tanki Wiki: Speed Boost Increases speed of your tank by 40% for 30 seconds. Also increases rotation speed of your turret for 30 seconds. 2.) Yes, armor piercing augments completely negate all protections for a short period of time (modules, supplies, effects of drones like Defender, Titan's dome) unless the enemy has an AP Immunity equipped.

Battle pass alone only unlocks the Gold Tier rewards in the challenge. To get Premium, you either need to purchase it, or buy the currently available Combo Pass in the shop for real money which gives you both the Battle Pass + 3 days of premium.

I mean, the sales are very likely released with intention that many people will miss out on them. That's what tankers should keep in mind. These are not sales meant for the whole population of Tanki, otherwise they could pretty much hold the sale whole day. The real question is how well will Tanki distribute these sales around that 24h time clock, and whether they will make sales that will also appease their US/Americas side of the playerbase, or whether they will stick to times that will favor their (very likely much larger) Russian/Europe playerbase. Either way, I am glad these are back, nice to get the equipment dirt cheap.

Hello, right now the only way to get the Crisis drone is to be very lucky and find it in the Ultra Containers. It is an exotic item though, so it's very hard to get it as the odds are pretty low.
