Because from Magnum, Striker, and certain overdrives being added camping in one spot just isn't that viable of a strategy. If you're gonna defend, hold the middle of the map where the supplies are.

They did something to Firebird, didn't they? It don't feel right. I don't like it.

You do realize by doing that you're exposing yourself, right? I'm not telling you how to play, but I typically find a target and then begin scoping in on them. Leaves you more situationally aware and less noticeable than staying scoped for minutes at a time.

I said it above and I'll say it again, the two hulls should swap overdrives. Titan has enough speed for a ramming attack to be viable in any situation other than people already being all over you and Mammoth camps anyways. Titan's speed is also just enough for that dome to be popped wherever they happen to get, which could mean right on mid or at your spawn.

I kinda like the animated Beginner's Parade one. It's got a nice green sheen.

What makes you think I see a clustered together patch of kills and eliminate them for the pocket change they're fighting over? Look man, one thousand crystals is not that much. I get the thrill and all, but in the end it's just a rat race designed to interrupt the flow of a battle and waste half a minute of the already shortened battles.

Lemme tell you how changing missions works. You get a mission for earning experience in Deathmatch. You hate Deathmatch, so you change it. The new mission is for Rugby, which you also dislike. You change it again with your hard-earned crystals, only to get the same Deathmatch mission again. After a third and final change, you get something much more tolerable. Now on mobile this isn't a big deal since changing missions can be done for watching ads, but I pity everyone on the desktop version who has to spend crystals twice for the devs' duct-taped together system to function properly.

category Ideas for Hulls and Overdrives!

I've seen lots of suggestions for a wheeled hull. How well do you think it would fare on maps made specifically for tanks, which can turn in place? Monte Carlo would be a nightmare due to the sharp turns and lack of walls. Madness would similarly be very hard to navigate. Also, if they do add it the main draw should be in my opinion increased traction/speed on roads and decreased traction/speed offroad. Even though this hasn't really been a consideration before, it would make the hull mechanically interesting. -
It's probably weirdness with the hitboxes. Maybe try aiming slightly off of the Viking?

Third Lieutenant, 10000-ish crystals.

Dear lord, my bad. I had a bit of a network hiccup there. Deleet this.

I have an alt with M1 Railgun MUed to 5/10 and a stock M1 Titan. Should I get the faster turn speed alteration or keep MUing the Railgun?

So were Shaft and Magnum when they were introduced. I've said it before and I'll say it again; This one came out already pretty balanced.

category Ideas for Hulls and Overdrives!

Titan and Mammoth's overdrives should be swapped: OK hear me out. Mammoth is a very slow, but very armored and heavy hull. It's made for defending and holding a position for extended periods of time. A shield that halves all incoming damage makes sense for a defender, right? Titan on the other hand has more speed, less weight, and a little less health than Mammoth. It's more likely to be a successful attacker without supplies and can maneuver much easier than Mammoth due to being smaller and turning slightly better. It makes sense for it to be able to ram through things, right? Two other points; 1. How often are you going to be within melee range of anything with Mammoth, barring people coming to you? 2. How often does Titan stay in place? It has the speed advantage, it needs to move around. Camping in one spot isn't all that good for something that's typically the spearhead of an attack. And aside from that the extra speed would make the ramming overdrive much more useful. -
Gauss is gonna be everywhere while people try it out, but then once enough people have decided they don't like it the number will dwindle.
-
Crazy idea here; What if they switched Titan and Mammoth's overdrives? Stat-wise Titan has higher speed, or in other words is more offensive. Naturally, it gets a panic bubble for camping. What? Mammoth is more often used for camping and defending, which would require a lot of sitting in place and not moving around much. So why does it have a ramming overdrive and Titan have a force field?

FTFY.

I did. Don't expect anything less from a Wasp. They're the Lime Green Scout tryhards from TF2 in Tanki.
-
Some people do it because they know it makes people mad.
-
True, but I just meant that by function it should be able to climb very well since it doesn't have to worry about traction and such.

"Nailshot" Turret; Vulcan Unlock rank; WO5 Price; 50,000 +Shots now have a 20% chance (per second of continuous fire) of immobilizing targets for five seconds. 20% spin up/down speed reduction. -30% reduction to overall turret rotation speed, immobilization chance only present when within the effective range of the turret. "Several tankers, possibly after a night of drinking, decided to replace the bullets in their Vulcans with nails from a brad nailer they had lying around in the garage. Such projectiles while nonfunctional on other turrets surprisingly were perfectly adequate ammunition for Vulcan. While the added benefit of the nails pinning targets in place was an advantage, the specialized drums required to house and feed this ammunition weighed the turret down in such a way it hindered rotation. As an upside the smaller overall size of the projectiles means the onboard targeting systems can begin shredding enemies even faster, allowing for factory-like precision!"
-
"Wasp" is appropriate given that they come in swarms and are pests. I don't know what the developers were thinking when they made their overdrive have that short of a cooldown.
-
So wait... Wouldn't this be hands-down the best hull for Gold catching? If it's a hovertank then it would always be slightly above whatever it's driving on unless you fell onto it from a high place.
-
What if we could purchase multiple of the same type of module to get a stacked protection?
-
You could've just said "Add the Katushya to tanki".
