I have been trying to answer more questions on the helpsite recently but all my email notifications are sent to my Gmail spam box regardless of what filters, safe senders, or even marking them as not spam. I think this is because the message contains some Russian making the spam filter target it aggressively, could anything be done about this or can anyone suggest other solutions? :unsure:

There are several reasons for this, they are all listed here: https://help.tankionline.com/topics/2301-things-missing-from-settings-how-to-fix/ To resolve your original lag problem make sure that there are no background tasks running which place unnecessary load on your computer. Perhaps that will help.

No they don't, all players have a chance. The avatars are there to separate the user's name's better, it does not mean they are moderators. You can view lists of moderators HERE

You must keep track of your kills personally, if you have made 250 kills you will automatically receive your goldboxes.
