    Ideas for Turrets!

    Please don't worry. Firebird will not be nerfed because its parameters won't change. The logic of the water cannon turret is to "put out the fire", of Firebird only for a short time. When Firebird dries up it will regain its flamethrower bulging flame normally as it usually does.

    Ideas for Turrets!

    Water Cannon Turret Just now, I have come up with a brand new idea for a turret that no one so far has thought about. My idea is for developers to create a "water cannon turret" which simply shoots water from its barrel rather than firepower. This water cannon turret would be a turret that would be very original if implemented in Tanki Online. How the water cannon turret works: The water cannon turret would work by firing a powerful water hose of water at enemies. Since water has a powerful force, the benefit of the water cannon turret is to push enemies away and stop them aiming at you, (the player). The water being fired from the water cannon turret would, of course, deal damage to enemies, but most importantly, push them away from you, and stop them aiming at you by knocking off their aim. Original turret: This turret would not be anything such as Freeze. Freeze fires frozen nitrogen at enemies and the "water cannon" turret fires liquid water. The reason why this turret, if implemented into Tanki Online, is original is because it fire water rather than firepower, it knock off the aim of all turrets and pushed enemies away from you like spraying a person with a water cannon. Turret design and look: The turret's design would be a short nozzle-like turret that would be mounted on top of the hull, for example, like Smoky, but thinner and shorter. However, the water power coming out of the hose when fired would be strong enough to push enemies quite far away and do enough damage to enemies when being pushed away. Range: The range of the water cannon turret would have to be a short range turret like Freeze, Firebird and Isida, but the parameters of this turret would be completely different and the working dynamics of this turret would also be different as well. This type of turret would make it a very good close combat turret as well.. No firepower but only water instead: This turret only shoot water so it won't have any firepower. Water would replace ammunition for this turret. Developers could probably come up with a new classification for such a turret. Rotation: The rotation of this turret would only consist of left and right steering because it allows the player to drive, spin and spray other players with water. Modification and micro upgrades and speed-ups: The water cannon turret would have modifications like all the other turrets do have. Those modifications would consist of M0, M1, M2, M3 and M3+ (M4). Each micro upgrade step would be purchasable one by one respectively like all the other turrets. The speed-ups would also function in the same way as they do for this turret as well as it does with other turrets. Slippery surface: The water cannon turret would also come with a hidden unique feature. That is to make the ground slippery so when enemies drive on a wet floor, what ever floor type, the enemies would lose control of their track's traction and slide into a barrel spin. What I mean is lose control and slide in a circle just like a car sliding on a wet road or ice. Putting fire out: One common feature that already exists is that Freeze can put out the heat from a burning team mate that was recently attacked by Firebird. However, it does take quite some time for Freeze to put out the fire. The water cannon turret would be much quick to put out the fire because liquid water reacts a lot quicker on a how team mate tank that was burned by Firebird. Also, if a Firebird enemy, or multiple Firebird enemies attack your team mates, then you can stand behind your team mate using the water cannon turret and spray your team mate and save him from exploding. However, the enemy Firebird firing at your team mate will not be able to fire a flame for a short duration due to their wet Firebirds turret. Paralyze Firebird turrets: When you fire a spray of water by using the water cannon turret, you will make the Firebird turrets wet. This means that for a short duration, lets say 10 seconds, the Firebird turrets will not be able to launch an attack flame, so the Firebird turrets would become paralyzed unable to shoot fire for a short duration. When the Firebird turret players dries up, the Firebird will regain their flamethrower firepower ability again. This is similar to when dipping your lighter in water. When your lighter is wet, you cannot turn on the flame, although your lighter has gas remaining. My suggestion for developers to create this new turret: My suggestion that I have for creating such a turret is to bring something that is completely new, and never heard or even thought of before in Tanki Online. If developers really want originality for a turret, then they have come to the right place to read about on this post, Under review: Please developers and administrators, thoroughly read and think about what I have described on this post about this water cannon turret. Please do not decline this suggestion. I strongly hope and believe that it will help assist developers and also players like you and me come up with many cool, intelligent, and original thoughts that can be brought up and developed in Tanki Online to make it a better and more diverse game.   4. My purpose of this idea is not to ruin the benefit of containers but allow players to know what type of container they have earned or purchased. Players can still get their own random rewards by opening one of the container types. Players will still be getting cool surprises when opening any one of the container types.   5. This is the very first time that I have missed a discount sale since I first played Tanki Online. The reason why I missed the 30% sale on micro upgrades was because I had lots of work to do on my new desktop PC. I had to install new software and properly configure my user accounts and settings. However, I am not going to cry for future sales because I promise you folks that I will not miss any future sales. For the time being, I will continue to save up as many crystals as possible. The good news is, now that I missed the 30% sale on micro upgrades this summer, I will buy the last two remaining M3 protection modules only when there is a discount of 50% off. The protection modules that I will buy are the M3 Smoky and Twins protection modules. Those modules are Panther M3 and Dolphin M3. I will only buy those at 50% off because I want to buy two modules for the price of one so that I do not waste any of my crystals savings.
  6. Let me clearly explain the problem with the new Vulcan update. I do understand that Vulcan has to be effective at medium to long range. That is the point of Vulcan, that it must be powerful enough for medium to long range combat battles. The only problem with the recent Vulcan update is that it now takes too much time to load its barrels before firing. The long re-load time for Vulcan makes it too weak in battles because Vulcan players now lack the sharp reflexes of quick firing. This means that any other players using any other turret has a huge advantage over Vulcan players which makes Vulcan players so easy to destroy. Vulcan also has another problem, its turret rotation has become too slow, which means that Vulcan will miss targeting a rotating player around it, for example a Freeze or Firebird enemy player. Isida healing players will also face a problem with overheating Vulcans because that overheating damage of Vulcan is not great enough for Isidas to heal their Vulcan team mates. I also understand that Vulcan must be made suitable for light and medium hulls as well as heavy hulls, but that does not mean that Vulcan has to be underpowered. Please can you properly re-balance Vulcan so that it has a faster barrel reloading time for faster shooting. Thank you.

    I do agree with you folks. There should be container missions that rewards players with containers. I am not happy that developers are being so greedy on rewards, but I also agree that developers must maintain a fair balance between player's rewards and Tanki Online's economy.

  10. Add containers of different colors to the garage I am fed up seeing the usual green container that shows up in the garage on the "Specials" tab. I have come up with a useful suggestion which will divide the different container colors to suitable visual container colors which will correspond to the usual types of containers. The reason why I want to have different types of container colors to show up in the garage is because it makes it easier and more identifiable for players on which container(s) players wish to open. Also the containers must be removed from the "Specials" tab and added to a proper garage tab named "Containers". When switching to the "Containers" tab, players will see a list of container boxes, each type of container box would consist of a different color. Below are what and how I expect the garage containers to physically look like in the garage: 1. Common (White). 2. Uncommon (Green). 3. Rare (Blue). 4. Epic (Purple). 5. Legendary (Gold). 6. Exotic (Red). The values of each of the container types will not change. The only difference is that players will be able to see their container types they earned or purchased in their garage. This will also make containers more identifiable without breaking the balance of the game. Please add all the container types as physical container boxes in the garage and on a new tab named "Containers". Thank you.

    Ideas for Supplies and Drones!

    Add two new supply boxes - Magnet and Stars supply box Hello tankers. The Riddler "RIDDLER_8" is back with another awesome idea. Magnet Supply Some time ago, I have written a post dedicated to a magnet supply that was dedicated to gold boxes. This topic was declined because I pushed it a little too far. It was unfair for the supply to be only suitable for gold boxes. This time, I have modified my idea to make it more fair and suitable for all supply boxes. Tanki Online recently received a brand new supply called "Nuclear Energy". This supply is amazing because it fills up your overdrive gauge to 100%. However, there is nothing really original here because the overdrive already existed for quite a long time now. So my suggestion is to come up with a 100% new and original supply that has never ever being seen or used in Tanki Online before. My idea is a "Magnet" supply pickup box. Please read on below: How magnet supply box works: Once a player picks up a magnet supply box, it will activate itself for 30 seconds. The magnet supply box will magnetize all regular supply boxes including the "Nuclear Energy" supply and gold box. The range of magnetism should be between 5 to 10 meters in range circumference. The magnet supply will be a white box with a red horseshoe magnet. When picked up in battles, only one magnet will be issued to the player. The magnum box will have to be an item that has a rarity between normal supplies and the gold box supply. What I mean is that the frequency drop rate must not be too common, nor too rare, but just right. The drop zone for this supply will be a red horseshoe marker which will reflect the "magnet" supply box. The color of the box will need to be white so that it can be properly distinguished between the other supplies. I am not too sure about the material appearance of the Magnet supply box. My closest guess is that it might have a wooden texture like double armor and double damage or simply another material texture. That's for the developers to decide on the physical texture of the "Magnet" supply box. The color, of course, must be a white box with a red horseshoe magnet, like I specified above. The activated time will be 30 seconds, just like the normal supplies, (double armor, double damage and speed boost) supplies. I am not too sure about the magnet's cooldown so I will leave this suggestion for developers to decide on how to properly balance the cooldown of this hot new supply against the 30 seconds of active time. When players pick up a magnet supply box, it is added in the player's garage and ready to use in battles, just like double armor and double damage. Players can earn the magnet supply box in daily missions, weekly mission chains, earns them from containers or buy them from the shop. Stars Supply Recently, stars have been added to Tanki Online. The first time that stars were added to Tanki Online was on the "War Herald 1" and re-appeared on the "War 2" contest. In the near future, stars will be added to giveaways instead of the usual kill tiers, for a change. Stars are an amazing cool fun feature that players fight for in batltes. Stars are like a new free-to-earn currency that players earn in battles for their placement and battle efficiency. When enough stars are picked up, the players earn a certain amount of containers depending on the reward size. By now we all know the rules. This paragraph is only a recap. How the stars supply box works: The "stars" supply box is an idea I have in mind which could become a permanent feature of Tanki Online. The stars supply box will have a rare frequency which, will be twice more common than the gold box supply, but at the same time, this supply box will be still quite rare. The color of the stars supply box will be silver in color. The reason why I picked silver as a color is because I cannot use bronze or gold because bronze is the color of double armor supply and gold is the color of the gold box supply, so we need a new unused color, so silver is the right choice for the "Stars" supply pickup box. Once the stars supply box is picked up in battles, it will be added to your garage and ready to use like the functionality of normal supplies like the double armor and double damage. When picking up a stars supply box, 10 stars will be giving to the player. The stars supply box will not have any activated time like the magnet supply and its cooldown will be 5 seconds, just like the gold box supply. Players can also drop stars supply boxes in battles just like they do with gold boxes. The stars supply box is not a replacement, nor crystals funding like gold boxes or containers. Instead, stars supply boxes only give 10 stars to the player. Players will also be able to earn the stars supply box by completing daily missions, weekly mission chains, earning star boxes from containers or buy them from the shop as well. This is it. Here is my idea on the two new supply boxes which I think would be a very nice idea to add them as a permanent feature in Tanki Online, but only available to earn or buy as supply boxes. Please have a thorough read and thought about my topic here. Please do not decline this topic because it will really benefit on bringing something new and original to Tanki Online. If I am wrong somewhere in the topic, please correct me, instead of declining this topic. This topic must go in the under review section. Please do not merge this topic with any other topics on supply boxes because this topic is an original one. Thank you.
  15. I understand clearly what you mean. I know that pressing the shift key activates all my supplies at the same time as an overdrive. I have used the overdrive for quite a long time now and I really enjoy it. Do you remember when the overdrive used to be named "Zero Supply Mode"?

  17. Nuclear energy could be obtained in the garage as a rare item like gold boxes. Also containers could randomly give out nuclear energy boxes rarely from time to time. Can you please explain to me what will happen if I pick two of more nuclear energy boxes in the same battle. Will the number of overdrives stock up? What I mean is, for example, if I pick up 2 nuclear energy boxes will I get 2 overdrives in the current battle?
  18. Look, I am not being sarcastic. All I am saying is that drones and batteries are not needed because the overdrives and the new "nuclear energy" supply can be beneficial enough to replace drones and batteries. Just think about it.
  19. I have recently used Vulcan and the new updates completely ruins it. Vulcan now takes far too long to load and fire. By the time it takes Vulcan to load, enemies and a huge chance of killing you. The result is that Vulcan has now become very underpowered at M3+ and it makes players using any other turret super-easy to kill any Vulcan player, even when using the combo Vulcan, Mammoth. Please buff up Vulcan to as it was before. By the way, Isidas really enjoyed camping and healing Vulcan players before this recent Vulcan update. Now Vulcan does not do much overheating to its hull as it did before, so now the other problem is that Isidas will completely ignore Vulcan players, even when Vulcan players are low on health due to enemy fire. The other good side to the turret balance in this update is that Isida's healing now heals 10 points instead of the previous 5 points.
  20. Nuclear energy is an amazing new supply. All the credit goes to this amazing player who had the idea to suggest it and implement it into Tanki Online. The nuclear energy should replace drones because, in my point of view, drones are expensive and useless because they behave too much like overdrives. Please remove all the drones and lets keep nuclear energy instead. The nuclear energy supply looks and feels like picking up gold boxes. I have seen a cluster of tanks jump and rush at the nuclear supply box. How funny and amazing it is for players to form clusters of tanks for picking up a supply which is not a gold box. This is the new hunting scheme skills. Today, I have picked up my first nuclear energy and it gives me 100% of the overdrive. How amazing. Please add nuclear energy to daily missions and daily mission chains. Remove drones and batteries. Convert unused batteries as nuclear energy boxes to be stored in players garages after the conversion.
  21. I like the new turret balance this time, especially for Vulcan because it was too weak. Will I be able to earn "nuclear energy" in daily missions and mission chains?
