Did you try the solution which we gave you for that? e.g. turning the key responsible for that (example: turret turns on the right continuously, then you would have to press the right arrow), was it tried?

1. Did you try optimising your tanki settings? If not, check the overdrive and supplies panel, and customise it by clicking on it and pressing numbers on numpad. 2. Regarding your 2nd issue: Sometimes it happens, usually when you press ctrl, that's something like an auto move. You need to press the key responsible for the "auto move". For example, if your turret keeps turning to the right, then you must press the right arrow key once again, and it should stop. The same thing applies for the turret turning on the left, in this case you need to press the left arrow key.

You ignite the target only if you hit enemy tank. If you hit the wall, the ball bounces, so it won't make any splash damage.

It was announced on the September Challenge II. You can find more information about the augment here.
