Yeah, your rank is too high. You might be able to join a PRO gissimo clan... but please make sure that you get a decent Railgun, because most clans are XP/BP. Plus, Railgun is good in general.

I'd just go through all the clan topics (OFC not the ones with no chance of having a war, e.g. gissimo clans or WO1 clans) and decide which ones are good for a war. Then I'd just PM ALL the leaders. Out of all of them there's bound to be one where you can succesfully war.

If you have adequate M1s to meet your need and have tens of thousands of crystals save for Stinger, Tornado, or Mosquito. If you don't have lots of crystals go long-term and get Atlas, Minotaur, Firewall, Boar, e.t.c. e.t.c.
