They can't make Skype? Oh, then they can tell DOS. DOS making the exception is his choice. Personally I think slack'd be better, without rules or anything. Plus, it's a sort of "mini skype" with just them, a channel for everyone, smaller channels (like council of drags) and it'd be better overall.

We could mult but we just don't -.- Tier One clans and sometimes Tier Twos probably mult 2 win, but won't the other clan say "HEY YOU AINT IN MEH CLAN"

Some larger cuntries, like USA, China, Canada, and Russia have multiple timezones. So yeah, by the way, these 3 are pretty inactive.
