The problem is that you're bad. The only advantage that premiums get is the 15% universal prot paint, certainly not enough to consistently sway the battles in their "small numbers". Also, have Premium Accounts even been released yet? Because if not, you look real stupid.

Firebirds also need to be sneaky to make up for their poor range. If you charge a longer-ranged turret, you'll get torn apart before you can even get close.

Question: would it be possible for the paint's attributes to change based on your rank? For example, maybe a 1% universal protection at Recruit and a 15% universal protection at Generalissimo or some other high rank? That fixes most of the balance problems, as I stated earlier in the thread I would not have a problem with 15% universal in Generalissimo but I would at Master Sergeant, but still keeps the cool paint and its usefulness.

Basically you're not willing to pay any money and you're real mad about that. The game is not pay-to-win. There is a difference between "pay to get some minor advantage" and "battle is decided entirely by how much money you spend. Buying more crystals won't unlock your new gun any faster, and +50% crystals and XP just means you'll progress 1.5 times as fast. This part is funny. You get mad that a Tanki mod tells it to you like how it is. Either a game charges an entry fee, or it has microtransactions, (or it annoys the crap out of you with ads), or it goes bankrupt. You can't get something for nothing. Well, in this case you actually are since buyers are so nice as to pay your share of the game. The only real legitimate gripe you have is the one about the paint, but tbh I wouldn't be too mad if that was Generalissimo only, that seems pretty balanced up there but would be a little bit pay to win in really low ranks.

The problem is light hulls. Shaft can easily 1 hit you with a light hull, with absolutely no warning or even any idea where it came from. You just die. That's not fun. Actually, you can't. Sniper rifles fire bullets at supersonic speeds. There's actually 2 bangs when you fire a supersonic bullet, first, the gunpowder ignition, which can be suppressed, and second, the sonic boom, which can't.

I don't need to catch him. I have a Vulcan that shoots railgun shots. That's like infinity DPS.

Mammoth+Vulcan for the win.

Vulcan with an Isida is death incarnate. Vulcan's powerful mid-range punch shreds enemy tanks, and the Isida negates the downsides allowing the Vulcan to just keep firing.

I don't see why you're so mad. Shaft can one hit a lighter hull and is a serious threat to heavier hulls. It won't be fun to get 1shotted every time you try to do anything because the shaft doesn't even have a laser.
