We are "Donati".

This upgrade set up is not very useful. I'm not saying it's good or bad, just saying it's not useful. Now it seems more cost-effective to save for kits or even getting a Premium account rather than MU'ing from scratch whatever has not been upgraded in the garage.
-
Maybe they are running into bad luck trying to release it. Today would be the day for these kinds of mishaps.
-
Who has the Frost paint? That was the initial protection parameter for Premium paint.
-
Oh, you got the "max-one-parameter bonus freebie".
-
How far did you have to go?
-
Yeah it would! Just not for him, though....
-
Then it means Tanki IS a drug....
-
Hmmm..... Users hollering and demanding for the old separate MU parameters.... Something the majority wants.... Premium users is something the Devs want.... It would be a shrewd move if they allowed separate MU parameters to Premium users only.....

Like a bomb....

Not as boring as Mammoth/Isida battles. But to stay on topic, I think they just killed micro-upgrading in one blow. For fun, I was about to experiment with Shaft/Hunter by upgrading Arcade Damage, Reload Time and Turret Rotation just to see how it handles as a 'regular turret' but now that would be impossible to do.
-
Upgrade it.
-
I usually just add an X or a U at the end of the level to signify if the item was maxed out on all parameters or just partially upgraded. Example: Railgun-M1X (maxed out on all parameters, essentially a baseline M2) Viking-M1U (partial upgrade, possibly one or two parameters maxed out) But the '+' sign seems clearer so I will probably use that instead of 'U' from now on.
-
Whether you upgrade it or not, you will unlock the next level up according to your rank. Don't upgrade the M0 - you should already have Smoky unlocked at M1.
-
This MU "upgrade" makes Premium accounts look like a drop in the bucket.
-
Oh, they thought hard alright…..

Whoever had one parameter upgraded to the max just before this update came up got lucky. Most users upgrade only specific parameters (basically damage, special damage, reload, and protection) and don't care for the rest. They can live with slightly upgraded less-than-perfect equipment but it was modified by the users own specifications to compliment their style and skill. They don't need to max out a weapon to next level specs to be effective. With only a slight adjustment and patient practice, they are able to hold their own. This is the beginning of the end for micro-upgrading unless they bring back the option for separate parameters. I don't see many (if any) micro-upgrading in a bundle starting from 0.

This version was for WO1-5 only.

Something tells me that unless the user had 70% or over in parameters when the new MU was implemented, overall the MU'ing has come to a complete stop.
-
Yes. But the way it is now it isn't worth it. Before you could do a full MU on Damage first (along with another parameter like reload, or burn time, or Critical Damage, etc. depending on the turret) and see a difference. You can still fight your battles effectively while taking your time to upgrade the lesser parameters. The way it is now, you won't see a difference until you reach about 50% overall MU, and at the same time it would not cost-effective.

I've seen a Thunder hit a jump hack and Smoky seems to have no problem with them.
-
Nobody knew (except the devs) that was going to happen.
