Yes. But the way it is now it isn't worth it. Before you could do a full MU on Damage first (along with another parameter like reload, or burn time, or Critical Damage, etc. depending on the turret) and see a difference. You can still fight your battles effectively while taking your time to upgrade the lesser parameters. The way it is now, you won't see a difference until you reach about 50% overall MU, and at the same time it would not cost-effective.

I've seen a Thunder hit a jump hack and Smoky seems to have no problem with them.

Yeah, it takes the strategy out of budgeting a balance between power upgrade and cost. I have a low-grade alt acc so I could play around with Thunder-M0. I maxed out the Damage and Reload. It took a few days for the upgrades to take place. Afterwards I had enough left over for a Wasp and Swamp paint. It was pretty fun! Got one-shotted a lot, but still got some shots in. It was a nice feeling to have found key parameters to upgrade without needing to spend so much just to get an edge.

How are the Arcade shots at that M-level??

Maybe this "wholesale" MU should be for Premium users and the regular separated parameter MU should be for everyone else. It might be more balanced that way. The Premium users would have the crystals to afford an across-the-board MU. The non-Premiums should have the "one-parameter-at-a-time" MU 'handicap'.

Wait a minute.... 100% added funding for Premium users. Accelerated upgrades to max parameters on hulls and turrets for both buyers/non-buyers who happen to luck out on MUing one parameter to 100%. Whole (slower) upgrades without choice of parameters - costs more than to MU a key parameter. Can only mean one thing: Trying to squeeze the pockets dry because TankiX is free and very close to being realized.

My nephew got the Predator Kit (Thunder-Hunter M1). I was about to get it but I didn't like the way the Jaguar paint looked. Later I got to try out Thunder on his account for a couple of battles (we have opposing styles of play) and I messed up because it is the kind of turret I am looking for and now I either have to rank up (which will be slow since I do not play so often), or hope that the Kit rotates back around soon.

Let's go back to the individual parameter upgrades..... But leave everything else as is. B)

The term "buyer" is not really offensive - it is just another term for 'power-user'. As stated many times before, not everyone has the luxury to spend all day on this game like many do here. There lack of free time is most likely compensated in monetary terms. So who is to say how these 'buyers' should spend their money? It's almost the same as calling the players who spend all day on the game 'freeloaders' - no worries in life as they are being waited on hand and foot while they do nothing else but play Tanki all day and night. Is this a reasonable judgement of someone who spends all day playing Tanki? Absolutely not. Very rarely do you know the personal circumstances behind any random tank. Before any of you cry some more, just think about if what you are crying about really worth it. Life is too short for petty squabbles. Be thankful for what you already have.
