Railgun M4 is useless... Shaft and magnum are still OP. Everything else is sort of inbetween. All weapons are useless without lots of supplies and a strong side. There are no 2-1 or 3-2 games it's always 10-0 or 9-2 or something ridiculous.
-
The game just isn't enjoyable.
-
No balance in any game and all anyone cares about is catching gold boxes. DEAD GAME.
-
Interesting theory. You are right about the drugging though... that's why tanki is no longer a game for casual players except for those who use throwaway accounts out of boredom.
-
I think the turrets to upgrade are twins, magnum, vulcan and striker. Vulcan and striker because no one uses protection again them. Twins and magnum because they are OP regardless of protection modules.
-
Yeah it's like playing the lottery in a one on one situation. I honestly don't like railgun as much anymore.
-
Twins M3 is one of the few turrets I have that actually feels strong. Firebird feels ok too but has more microupgrades.
-
Why is it always the same maps? Forest - I really dislike this map and find it boring Industrial zone - zzz Desert - too much camping Highland - dominated by magnums now and I don't like the new design What not more of: Deathtrack Island Noise Skyscrapers Stadium

I got that in a container yesterday but I doubt I will use it much -_- Last week I got mars and a few weeks before that I got atom. Imagine getting orange paint in a container... is that possible?
-
Yeah, most games quickly become polarised with one team winning by a big margin. Seems to be the state of play these days. Highways is slightly better on CTF, possibly because of the distance needed to cap a flag. It keeps things 'somewhat' even.

Hohloma 125 Mines 125 Double Damage
-
On highways a gold dropped in one of the corners on top of a shaft. With the location and time limit there was no way anyone else was going to catch it... kind of unfair IMO.
-
I'm very tempted. Wish it was a little bit cheaper.
-
I'm honestly starting to think it's a case of "if you can't beat them, join them". It doesn't look like magnum will be nerfed anytime soon, all the while magnum users can hide from enemy fire and do insane damage. I don't find it a very exciting turret but sometimes you gotta fight fire with fire...
-
Yeah one on one isida is strong, but that's quite rare and usually there's a few tanks to contend with at once. That's where firebird is a better turret I think as it can hit multiple targets and the afterburn seems ridicuously strong right now.
-
It's because a lot of people have railgun protection. In some games most of the opposition have 30% + protection and double armor. In that case it's usually best to switch to another turret. An increase in damage output would be negligible in these circumstances, I think.
-
It depends on the opposition. Sometimes you're doing 4000+ damage (M4 + high-calibre ammo) and sometimes you're doing as little as 800. I'm just not sure it was worth upgrading beyond (at most) 10 steps.
-
I'd like to move away from railgun and use a more laid back combo. Thinking of using mammoth because of it's stability and the (maybe) future invincibility overdrive. What's the best option out of this lot? Mammoth / Magnum Mammoth / Thunder Mammoth / Shaft Mammoth / Twins I think all of those turrets have decent range. I have vulcan as well but I'm not sure if I should upgrade that as it's a little bit weak.
-
What should I get out of: Thunder Hammer Shaft Mammoth Dictator Wasp
-
Logically that is true, but there are a lot of cheaters in tanki online.
-
Thunder is strong when I take off emerald protection. Didn't realise how strong is was.
-
Honestly I wouldn't bother microupgrading railgun from M3 0/20. There are far more OP turrets.
-
Have you guys SEEN the amount of drugging and suspicious activity that goes on at gefreiter rank? Way to scare off new players.
-
Remember when hammer and vulcan were introduced into the game? Tanki introduced hammer and vulcan protection into pre-existing modules (or paints as they were back then). Why has this not happened with magnum? Also, how can magnum one-shot an M4 viking with double armor? They were obviously using a hack, but moderators will deny this and I don't know why.
-
Probably using M4 high-calibre ammo which can do 4000 + damage if you don't have protection. Also there are hackers in this game, so you can never be sure if someone isn't using a damage hack. People will deny this but I see it a lot.
