Thunder is a wolf, not a bear. But a bear would suit the hammer, as it is slower/short range.. but if it hits you, you are done. Bear would maybe also fit the large looks of a dictator.

New Year Celebration goodies are waiting for you in-game

no, you are not. Especially at the ranks of this alt here, this is what I've experienced: - the attackers have been more occupied by fighting for the flag, instead of teaming up to deliver it. If the defenders had two snipers on their wall, all flagrunners got one-shotted at each attempt to even touch the flag. - And as a defender the team did not spread up to cover the entrances / attack routes, but they just did anything (beginners seem to need to "see" enemies, instead of anticipating their directions and communicating incoming routes in chat). Only the wall-snipers had great performance. to sum it up: pure mess, waste of time. But ok.. this was from WO3.. LIEUT3 -
(yes, this is an alt) If you like to play on XP/BP then the rails are not so much of a problem for your digital paint. Especially as a railgunner for yourself, you learn to move in cover as long as possible. Sure this depends on the maps you play. Your bigger threats will be the thunders out there, that kill your hornet or wasp withing 2,5seconds (kill at second shot). Thats why prodigy is such a nice paint - it has "build in thunder protection". But as you have digital already, you can also simply stay with it and learn to live with the thunders. they usually ride a medium hull and can not hunt you verry efficiently. Learn to take out thunder campers and you could do pretty well. In the ranks you are, it is important to have a constant stream of income, in order to buy the desired M3 gear later on. This means: play at the winning side; score high in your team. So you can use the time online most efficiently. Jackhammer is a nice way to rank high in your teams scoreboard, if you are familiar with hammers gameplay. By far more then the prodigy paint of a legend kit would help you during the same time.

It would be usefull, if those players that closed the browser window would still be displayed in the in-battle statistic overview.

supported !

I also got storm on this account and upgraded it to 25%. For the paints changes I am very, very interrested in what they will come up with. But as they did not tell us before the sale, I therefore expect it again to be a price driver and crystal sucker. But anywas.. as they usually dont "steal" away what we've got, I got me some strom paint :)

^ out-range them (dont outrage them ;) )

The comments you have a true - but just up to Freeze M2. Freeze M0 and M1 are a little too strong. M2 is very effective.. but as soon as you go to Freeze M3, you are defeated by Fire M2. You will see it once you move up the rank ladder.

I play a CP game for 10 mintes and we managed to build a serious lead. Then, 5min before the end, a group of druggers enter and turn the battle.. we leave with next to nothing of the fund. - If you TANKI wanted to break the possibility to earn crystals in CP without spending them on drugs right afterwards - then you have done an excellent job -.- This happened in average in 4 of 5 times. In my ranks there are no pro pass users. In the new CP mode normal players are simply doomed as cannon fodder on narrow maps.

or the drugs. Freeze's low energy consumption (9 seconds constant damage if remember it right) paired with double Damage (somewhat about 120..140 damage per second !!) are like a constant stream of pure death. At the same time while the Double Damage reduces the damage the user itself takes to a half/third (if my enemy dies in half the time, he can hardly turn around and wont even scratch me. And if the user was a hornet he might pickup an DA on the way and attack only then) 9sec x 140hp = 1260 points of damage - a skilled user that attacks from the right side (go behind all of em and take out one after another rolling them up from behind) can take out half a team within those 9 seconds. But I dislike to say "it's a good turret" just because of the fact, that it excells on DD. ps: Don't judge me by my rank.. I used freeze for months. Quite effective by the way (as other told me and the scoreboards showed me). But it simply does not pay off at M3, compared to other equipment available here.

sorry for you to hear that.. It matches my experience as well. Freeze is only nice at M2 - and there only, if you can manage to make use of the large ammount of energy it has. As soon as Fire M2 unlocks, Freeze becomes useless again. You could try to attack at longer range from behind a corner, as your freeze effect takes about 3..4sec to kick in massively. The speed of builing up the Freeze Effect is independet of the distance. Once the enemy is froozen you can come closer and kill.. or just freeze the next one (you have plenty of energy). Or you mount it on a medium hull, like viking. I hope, Tanki changes something about freeze M0, M1 and M3. Only M2 is fine and useable (each considering the ranks it is available and the other turrets you face).

Tanki asked me about paints lately in a survey. I got suspicious. Now I found in the wiki, that the way paints work is going to change, The way paints work is going to change (see spoiler or link) they don't tell us what they plan I ask for that Tanki tells us what they are up to, before we spend crystals on paints in the upcoming sale. This would not be the first time, they make a sales first and a change in the game short thereafter. details:

Yes, I think I got your vision of freeze. It is the way I played it when I had it M2 and competed against other M2 hulls and M2 turrets (and when freezing was done faster then today). When I and my enemies stepped up to M3 I found that those things didn't work out as effective as they have been. And after the rebalance M2015 I found my M3 freeze exploded more often then enemies M2 Firebirds on Hornets. Basically you can divide the support and suprise tactics in two groups: - group 1: deal damage Freeze can deal heavy damage, but the fire can deal more damage per battle. Gives higher score. - group 2: distract and/or immobilize Fire cant immobillize, but Freeze needs 4..5 sec until a target is immobilized. So you can only immobilize 2 of them. After a few attempts they have learned and adapt.. and you can immobilize one, while the second enemy kills you in the meanwhile. You could use fire as well and simply kill them. Especially in CP polygon the enemy will next to always have a firebird near the point, that netralizes your frezze effect while you try to prevent them from turning. And especially in polygon you cant suprise a team at the point, as they spot in different directions (ok.. once they are better they do ;) But we talk about an investment, so considering the future is a usefull point). Neither the less I honestly wish you the best with your freeze M3, and hope for you that they will rebalance it a bit in the future. Maybe you are lucky and they turn it into a more usefull gun :)

Don't get tempted by high DPS or high total-output-of-damage so easy. On agile hulls (Hornet, Wasp) you usually can simply not deploy the whole, theoretical amount of a freeze's damage to your enemy -> as you simply die before you're out of charge. Thats because you have to get really close and stay there without any cover. There are not so many options left:

The speed of a hull or turret is reduced "down to a factor" of the original speed. So it is %. But _this_ percentage is the same for M0 to M3+ (what seems to be meant in the original statement). If you take a look at the freeze effect on hulls and turrets directly in the game, you will see that still: -> M3 hulls/turrets can defend a freeze much more easily then M0 tanks M0 tanks are pretty much doomed when you come along with a freeze-wasp. M3 tanks can pretty much defend them selfes. So the effects power loses ground against the enemies (while for an instance the afterburn of fire is prolonged with each M-step.. and isida multiplies its damage with self healing and has an advantage as well) The only good thing about freeze today is its low energy consumption, that allows to deal a lot of damage over a long time - IF you survive that long (which is the main issue, as the freeze effect is too weak in higher M-steps - in relation to others, as explained above).

The next one to leave. Tanki drives out one after the other. As it takes some serious and clever minds to setup and run a game like this.. i assume they run it down on purpose. I'm sad for you as you are active here and enjoy playing here.. wish you the best in RL
