Tried to new thunder just now on an alt. Based off the numbers I was putting out, I can't help but feel as though its splash damage is weaker than before. Like I would deal around 400 units of damage to a target that was 10 metres away from the explosion. Now I'm dealing only 80 units of damage. I'll test it out on my main tomorrow, but I think the claims of it being weak may actually be coming true now.

And questioning him is pointless. He just will not listen. Best thing to do is to break off all ties with tanki.

Well yeah, it was in his private group called vault 87. Its just I'm so sick and tired of being almost everyone's goddamn punching bag simply because I said something they didn't like. They probably prefer if I just jumped on their bandwagon and agree to everything that they say. That's why I disabled most of my notifications. If I don't see it, then it don't exist. Also I was planning to leave tanki for other reasons, the community just so happened to be the final straw.

Well thing is, it mostly comes from the forum. Remember when we had those mobile issues a few weeks ago? I asked Opex if he could do something about it. He answered with this: "I only respond if it'll lead to a useful discussion." That reply ticked me off, and I no longer wanted any part in his pointless group (vault 87) especially when toxic people like [Removed] are there. If you search into their forum profiles, I'm sure you'll find alot of incriminating evidence against them. I'm also sure there are others like them. But the one that finally made me snap is [Removed] He made a very cruel comment to me in the Lets Discuss Thunder topic when I was just giving advice to someone who needed it. This was the comment that I remember: "You don't have the endgame thunder experience." As if implying I don't have a right to an opinion. And if that wasn't bad enough, when he was at the point of losing the argument, he brought his friends to argue for him. He also acted coldly in my slugger buff suggestion, but I treated it as water under a bridge. Why was he the one who finally set me off? You ask. Its because he was one of the few that I had great respect and trust in for so long. Its so bad that I turned off most of my notifications in this forum. I don't even feel safe in this community anymore. That's why I'm planning to leave after black Friday event.

I honestly didn't think I was gonna leave again so soon. If it wasn't for the sneering comments made by Opex-Rah and the community, I would've stayed until things in my life made it impossible. But because the community is so damn toxic I don't even feel safe being here. I've already planned to announce my departure after black Friday event.

Yeah I feel ya. I remember telling walmarts customer service about it a couple years back when I was trying to get a Wal-Mart gift card. That was real awkward. I've seen people say that this game is embarrassing to be associated with. I don't blame them. I kinda feel the same way.

I think once I break all association with tanki, I'm gonna go look for some interesting games from steam to play.

Most of them are probably waiting for someone to to say something that they don't like and then hit them with a snide comment. The best advice is to not say anything, and those people won't reply. Which in turn will eventually make the community die.

Back in the day, everyone was friendly and respectful despite having different opinions. Now, I can't even have an opinion without getting a snide comment in return.

And the proof is where? I know that its impossible to make every happy. But who would be happy what the devs have done to this game? I have never done that. I just ignore them. Fine, I'll back off of him. Not like he will make the situation any better anyway.

You wouldn't know how hard it is to leave the game that you've been with for years. So you have no right to say that. Also how am I ruining the experience for others? I'm just stating facts. The developer perspective is no excuse for the very poor prioritizing skills and the terrible updates over the years. The only reason for this is because they simply don't care about their players. Vault 87 is a prime example of it. Oh IDK! Maybe fix all the things that made the game so unlike able and then advertise it? ?

While it should be removed, they either won't or will do it 2 years later. That just goes to show how much these devs truly care about us. In other words they dont. They just want our money.

Since I'm close to leaving this hell for good, I've decided to post on this account for the remainder of my time here.

Well guess my 6 and a half year journey in this game has finally come to an end. Memories: · Mid February 2014- made my debut in tanki as Killer2_the_best and had my first battle in fort Knox DM. · Couple weeks later- met my favorite turret, thunder and developed a funny tactic called suicide bomber. Lol. · Couple months later- started dating in the game and even had a "gf" who apparently turned out to be a 65 year old man, lol. Shows how much of a noob I was back then. · Fast forward to around September of 2015- created my second account called KillerAssassin3, was gonna turn it into an xpbp account. Didn't work out too well for me though, lol. · 2015 Halloween event- bought my first ever m2 on Killer2_the_best. M2 thunder. · 2016-2017 holiday event sales- bought my first ever m2 set on KillerAssassin3. Also started to become my main account. · May or June 2017- changed KillerAssassin3 name to the name you see today. · Somewhere in 2018- obtained my first-ever animated paint on TheWetDiaper account. Vertigo. From container. · Mid March of 2019- bought my first ever m3 set on my main account, even though I had to spend like $57 for it lol. Raiden kit. So yeah, those were some of the memories I remember fondly in the game. Lessons learned from the game: · How much of a difference it makes when you save up and buy things on a sale. · Buy what you need and plan it ahead of time. Reasons for leaving tanki: · Latest trend of bad updates, game being more of a chore than an actual game it feels like to me. · My desires for a game is now different than it was 6 and a half years ago. Back then I had too much time on my hands as a 16 year old, so tanki was perfect for me. Now I'm a 22 year old, don't have as much time now, so a more relaxing game like talisman online is perfect for me. So now I would like to thank the game for giving me those fond memories and the lessons I learned. I would also like to thank the following people for the following reasons: @Maf, @TheCongoSpider, and @wolverine848 for some of the most incredible debate showdowns I've ever had. (Sorry I was quite aggressive and even egotistical during them) also thanks for your wisdom and knowledge and insight of the game. @Maf again and @Ninja, @CooperO, @Hate, and @Thiedes And @rommeltankifor being great mods and helping me over the years and for being kind while doing so. @Adriel.RB and @Heles for trolling in the forum with me. @ILiveOnTheChatBox123, @spiderman1000, @BloodPressure, @Mr.Nibbles, @Bydo, @monkeyburn, @Sacrifice, and a few others for just simply having fun with me in the forum. Oh I got an answer to that. Because it's uncle hazels favorite toy. He and his team love showing favoritism. That's why they let it be for the last year or so. That's also why they didn't "nerf" hornets OD until recently. It's only real nerf is being used to milk $$ out of.

Not just from the forum but apparently they also accept horrible ideas from their YT comments section. For example: guess where the idea of gauss's electromagnetic salvo augment came from.

Not to mention in the old system, only a few things unlocked whenever you rank up so you weren't so overwhelmed. Nowadays 20 things unlock every time you rank up, which can stress out new players.
