My mk8 thunder didn't have any troubles with it as long as the protection didn't exceed 30-35%. 40-50% is what would turn me off from targeting that player.

Thunder. Always has been. Always will be to the end. Simple, fun, versatile, splash capabilities can involve complex strategies for maximum use. Besides it's not getting enough love here.

Probably finally realized two things: 1) how bad the game has gotten. 2) how wrong he was in assuming that the players were leaving just for their simple selfish desires. The whole game sucks right now not just because of that. But also because the devs are: 1) focusing more on gimmicky updates and less on actual improvements. 2) taking away the freedoms that we once had in the game. 3) showing favoritism.

Honestly the announcement doesn't give off the vibes that hornet has been "nerfed". All that happened was that it's defense ignore name is now called "armor piercing" and that you gotta spend $$ to get the immunity. Defense ignoring and armor piercing both practically mean the same thing.

I actually have an account that's even older than this. And that joined the game way back in mid February 2014.

And the game just gets messier and messier I see. I don't even recognize this game anymore. Welp time to jump on the bandwagon of those who have quit the game.
