Kaseva are one of my favourite Finnish bands. The song about an old man pondering the flow of time and life. I can't really do justice to the lyrics by translating them, but I'll try with one line. "Jokaisen veljensä hän, toivoisi ymmärtävän Vain tahto rauhan, rakkauden On turva ainut ihmisen" This roughly translates to; He'd wish for all of his brothers to understand, the will for peace, love is the only refuge of man.

You remember that. They had an album out last year, doesn't match the locket EP imo, but is good all the same. You got techno with videos of chopped movie about the warring natives and a nuclear apocalypse... And they sound like I should be getting turned up and on something?? So that's my question, like am I missing some context or should I just go ahead and vibe.

So happy you liked Motor Psico, Yep, the englishman part is pretty weird, to me that's a big part of enjoying Diego's music, it's humorous and he somehow pulls out element's I just wouldn't expect to work. On LUMP I still can't super get into their other stuff, but I do agree with you on her having that kind of a joyful voice. I'll listen to some of her solo stuff I quick wikipediad that shes's concidered a folk-singer and I do have a weak spot for that. Quite cool to be able to find stuff in real time and discuss/post it. I was thinking we could do like a exploring a country/genre type a thing and share how we found stuff and the best bits... what'd you think? I see a trend with you and the videos. I don't really watch the vids most of the time either, even though I usually enjoy them. For me the trick is to not look for anything but just watch... kind of like when dreaming, you just go with it, if you start looking at details or rationalizing it breaks the magic... but idk could be something else for you? I think this kind of music takes a certain ear. I personally don't have that much musical expertiese and thus complexity and details in execution are often lost on me. To draw a paralell, I'd concider myself a good chess player, and when I watch say a 5 minute game my eye catches a lot of motives and I understand when I see a special play. Kinda what you were saying with Joni, where not liking it is often just not getting it. Not to make it sound like I got nothing from the song, but I gotta admit it did take a few listens and sitting up straight. I mean the virtuosity is undeniable and espesially with the video it's wild to see how zoned in they can get. The level of excitement and tension they can stretch out for almost 8 minutes is astounding... and something only a swede could actually be feeling. I checked some of their other stuff because I figured it'd challenges my sedate/less-is-more listening habits... I did overall end up enjoying the songs, but they're not going on my casual potato-peeling playlists yet that's for sure :D. That playlist consisting of stuff like:

Līgo mentioned The whole Baltian spiritual/traditional movement is pretty curious. I heard that latvians were the last pagans in Europe (not fact checking that). I've researched Romuva a little bit and there is somewhat of a split between new-age stuff and people genuinly interested in their ancestry and their traditions (not mutually exclusive). Tautumeitas are pretty pop with their coreographies and production, which is alrigh, but maybe not super folk. I like how they're bringing visibility to Baltian folk music and Raganu Nakts is a strong point, a very enjoyable song. I've been listening to this woman, Priscilla Hernandez. She is an Instagram witch and is unashamedly trying to connect with nature, but I like some of her songs, espesially this one. I've had alot of difficulty finding psych rock I like. Alot of it is just too long and grueling to listen for listening's sake and not really my choise of background music for anything. This was strong though. Got me feeling that feeling off falling where the song goes on so seemlessly that the time just passess by, This is a local band that has some good tracks.

A good early morning song has a rapid energizing groove to wake ya up, and is gentle enough to not get on the nerves. Can't emphasise how many good cuts there are on the Cracki records channel.

I specifically loved that performance because of the dulcimer and Norwegian wood because of the sitar. Besides havin a thing for quirky instruments, I love how nimble energetic they can sound without taking any space from the vocals. Glad to see you're so into Joni. I just got deeper into her music a couple of months ago and am growing to like it more the more I listen. Indio Solari is a big star in Argentina and a interesting personality. He's got a set of these videos on youtube. They're more like musings than performances and I think they do justice to the Acoustic format.

I loved listening to the Lost art of Being in the Know last year and have also combed through Rising Appalachias prior discography. We'll keep enjoiying music here :)

Hi guys This propably comes a bit out of the blue. I know I'm not exactly well known or anything, but I've been in and out of the game for almost 10 years now and have seen most of my friends and familiar names here come and go. I'm not gonna make a long list of reasons for leaving, I'd just say my enjoyment of the game has declined over the years and after playing quite alot during the holidays I've realized the game simply isn't for me anymore. When I've been offline for a year or 2 before, I've still stuck around on the forum, but this place has quieted down a lot and I've lost interest in the ingame topics. I don't really it engaging enough anymore. So I'm making this post, mainly as a commitment to fill the hours and thoughts I've been putting into this game with something more meaningful to me. I feel it's fitting to end with a final music post, since that's what I've been doing here for most of my stay :) Bye!

I like your idea of getting trickster and using brutus till I get it upgraded, I think I'll go with that, suppose I can still use it for parkour while it's not maxed. Seeing your comments I'm not getting magnum then, not a huge fan of using titan, and if it's underpowered then being a newbie with it is propably pretty rough. Still gonna think about striker a bit. thx for the help.

So on my alt Rosemarysbaby I have around 900k crystals, and don't really know what to get. I currently have thunder/freeze/shaft and hunter/wasp mk7 10/20. I was thinking that I'd just get 1 upgrade on everything, since the differences in power are not that huge and speedups are still costly. I also plan to play a lot less after I rank that account to legend (around 100k left) and so buying more upgrades on later sales seems convinient. I have brutus 20/20 but still get heavily powerleveled by guys with 50% defenders and 30% boosters. I don't really have any interest in starting to arms-race these high ranking legends, but I was thinking that I could get trickster just to have more fun parkouring and to make my hunter feel more alive. Then again I don't buy and after my current stash of batteries runs out I'm not thrilled to start spending on them. Trickster also costs alot , 15/20 on the current sales would exhaust all my savings and would have weaker armor/damage boosts than my brutus :( I don't really want more hulls, I've always liked hunter and wasp the most, and on this acc I have titan and hornet too. I've never plaid magnum and since the snowball mode is pretty fun I thought I could get that, but idk if it's a good idea to start learning a new turret at such a high rank. Another turret I was concidering is striker, it seems to be really strong nowadays (although who knows about the future) and it has some fun looking alts. I've only ever used base-striker and even that is some years ago. Any advice?

There is this place is called Salar De Uyuni and it's a 10,000 square kilometre Bolivian salt flat, the largest in the world. In ancient history the place used to be a lake, and during rainy seasons the plains can still get a cover of water, although it's apparently very thin and the whole lake can look like a giant mirror. Amongst the sea of salt there are a few islands with unique flora and fauna, it's esentially a lake with salt instead of water.

I find that the decision is usually based on; a) The smart reasons, they want you out first because; You're damaging them a lot or you're using isida, in the 1st case you should prob just accept it. With isida you should obviously just heal your teammate from the back. Your the quicker kill. If you teammate has prots or your tank is weak then you should propably let the teammate engege first. After your teammate has engeged, if you have a quick hull you can flank the opponent, you can also just engage like a 1/2 second later so they'll have a harder time switching the target back on you. b) The dumb reasons; You've pissed them off and now they're targeting you at all costs. In these cases you can just put on some prot/ equip a counter to their combo and focus on the objectives, targeting is only a good tactic if you are the powerhouse of your team, or if it provokes you. They're too stubborn to swicth targets; Espesially twins do this, you can often outplay players like this by driving to cover or out of range. While they're trying to get to you, your temmate is dealing the damage, then if they switch to your teammate you re-engage. c) No reason. It's just not your lucky day :(
