You should know by now that the devs are constantly tweaking the game mechanics and parameters, leaving players with the joyful pleasure to find out how today's game will turn out. 25 points is a "gift" till they make some changes to the OD mechanics. Charge speed, reduction points, ... who knows. Till then remember they do not make mistakes only trials. Yes IMO they are fully aware of the consequences of 25 points. I have no doubt on that. It will carry on until they get data. Then they tweak it and gather more data. Once the data meet their expectation or target it will stay as it is (for a longer period of time).

Dictator update is not a mistake, it is a special Xmas gift (limited opportunity). Once someone decided to give 25 score points to this mechanics/tank in the vicinity he already knew what gonna happens, any 8 years old players can see the benefit. On the good side it doesn't give you any XP. I am blasting through finish top 3 x 15 times mission with it ?

No it i not a problem, it is the consequence of a weak team overwhelmed by its opponents (temporary or till the end). There is always a losing side, some time it is a narrow loss and sometime it is bad, both are the consequences of the teams strength and team cooperation. Why not separate both team with a wall or a rift and keep, that would work 100%. If they really want to reduce spawn killing, devs needs to improve the Latest "spawn temporary protection" update, it is not clear at all to the attacker if an enemy just re-spawned or not.

This double negation means that is is in a good condition. You might rephrase that part. Please specify how the turret is "bad". Define bad as in your sentence is is way too vague. Gauss is OP. Especially the instant powerful shot (it is like a OP original-Thunder. The normal shoot mode is crap it is like a weaker crap-new-Thunder. It was a new mechanics when it was the only turret shooting coconut, but when they degenerated Thunder both shoots coconuts. In a way they burried Thunder turrets and created 2 Gauss turrets: Guass lite for short-range battle (one mode and splash damage, fast projectile speed) and Gauss Pro for long-range (2 modes: a weak short-range and an OP all distance with instant damage and large splash damage). You might as well put Thunder to the bin and buy the 2 in 1 Gauss-pro.

It seems logic, that as more equipment modifications level are available (from 4 to 7) that the Juggernaut would also have 7 levels too. In a way it would further beneficial for the balance of the mode. As usual we will have to wait and see.

Please read here the latest modification of the game including Titan' dome: Patch Update #584 - Released 26th December 2019 This never ending equipment parameter and mechanics modifications is how Tanki manged the development of the game. ODs are quite powerful, so they need more and radical changes to be "tested" before being "finalized".

This was just an obvious example among others. Actually this map should nit exisg at all. Others maps are also prone to spawn killing.

This is not helping, just dumbing down the player base. Spawn killing might be a problem but usually this due to tbe map set up (eg archipelago) and spawning points. It happens that you had to fight hrd to get to the ennemi base, and you face tanks that are indestructible. You lose fire power and OD for nothing.

Thunder still shoot coconuts, and what the difference between 2.3 and 2.2, considering lag, it does nothing in reality. Nice for the Dictator but i do not think that this is the best way to make it more attractive. 25 points is way too much, also could you specify how much in xp? "temporary protection on respawn" that is the worse thing ever to do, it literally means that you acknowledge that you made a full system overpowered and that you lost control over the battle balance (plus reduce the interest of a specific drone).
