4. Pay real money to play battles with huge crystal pots to motivate contestants (crystals are free). Folks could even submit contestants like two guys that want to battle each other for $1-5 each and the crystal pot is maybe 10K-30K crystals (base the pot on basic crys purchases) A variation on this idea that would eventually generate real money for you would be to let people generate pots out of their own crystal accumulation and battle against who they wish. It might help stop some of the noob name calling if the "noob" could actually call-out the insulting party for a 3000 crystal duel...put up or shut up. This variation does run pretty close to gambling and that might open up a very large can of worms.

I read a lot of comments about spending crystals and how people feel cheated (I feel cheated or, at the least, treated unfairly). Most of these comments rail at how Tanki is trying to get you to spend crystals...but most of these crystals we have were earned within the game and thus give Tanki no benefit what so ever from recirculating them. Tanki wants cash...real money. My guess is that they have hurt their real cash flow by their recent past actions (battle button, nerfs/buffs, pause time, etc...oh yeah, and insipid pandering propaganda). Who would send Tanki money to buy stuff when the game is constantly changing? Who trusts Tanki at this point? The Paint Separation might have been a money maker...bravo!...I would like to see Tanki get rich. I know everyone is hating Tanki right now (me too), but if they make money they will continue a game I enjoy, if they can't pay the staff, the game will die (although losing a couple of the staff boneheads might be a good thing). So: !. Maybe instead of pissing off the multitudes, tell the truth instead of insulting everyone with Trumped up rational. 2. Ask for donations. 3. Sell really unique paint or buyer designed paints....maybe a few letters or your name or message on the side or your tank. 4. Agario has a system that you can watch short video advertisements and receive in-house currency. It is an option and does not need to be done to play the game but most players want the free currency so they watch...total win/win Tanki could investigate that type of revenue stream. 6. Make a cool turret or hull that is only available to cash customers (why not if it doesn't dominate the field...a rocket launcher comes to mind). 7. Make a few maps that only cash players can use (probably wouldn't work, but cheap to try) 8. I cringe at suggesting this and can't tell you how much it would be hated, but pissing off your client base doesn't seem to bother you much anyway. Why not have paying click ads before each battle (oh gods, I felt my karma slip me down to a lower level of hell just for saying that). I bet if one actually THOUGHT about it their are many ways of increasing revenue other than fooling around with the game itself...which probably has and adverse effect on cash flow. Forcing folks to buy Pro Battle passes will only cut into their own crystal hoards that you give them anyway. I would guess there will be very little income generated by players sending in real money to buy Pro Passes. Probably not enough to offset the "lack of confidence" money that is being withheld (like my $220 I was about to send you for my daughter and my accounts).

I just played with my M1 Vulcan and I don't notice much difference...a bit less punchy but still a deadly turret. Nothing like what happened to my previous favorite, Twins...pop...pop...pop...pop....pop...pop...slow...slow...slow. It's nice to see Isida get a buff since it is an integral turret. In the future, Tanki Developers and Admin, I would like to make a suggestion: Why not buff the under powered turrets and hulls instead of nerfing over powered units. Humans tend to prefer to be given something rather than something being taken away. The end result could be exactly the same as the last nerf-fest and the gnashing ot teeth would be significantly less.

I wrote a big long rant and rave, but what is the point. I am really frustrated with Tanki and the constant changes. It took months and many hours of battles to generate crystals that I have now basically thrown away on nerfed equipment through two rebalances. What is really frustrating is that we are helpless, powerless, and completely subject to the whim of Tanki. The Tanki experience is not fun anymore...my daughter already quit after the last update and refuses to play Tanki. I may join her and try Tanki again in a few months if it is still in existance.

Pro Pass...yes we will pay the Tanki Tax, but PLEASE change the battle default time from 30 minutes. Change it to 20 minutes if you must be different than the Standard Battle's 15 minutes. 15 minutes on Pro Battles would be fine. People can always create a 30 minute battle if they wish. Shorten the default time in Pro Battles...please.

This is a brilliant idea! Have a featured map each week...maybe offer a slight battle fund increase (or 50% increase would be cool :)). Make them Pro Pass only and that might help motivate people to buy Pro Passes! This great idea won't nessessarily help with teh daily mission issue if you need to complete a task on a different map, but it would be another positive reason to pay that monthly Pro Pass Tax!

When creating a battle with a pro battle pass, I have a question about icons and configuration of a battle. Tanki Forum: "Gold Boxes - Enables/disables Gold Boxes. If enabled, Gold Boxes will never appear on the map and users will not be able to drop them using the "Gold Box Supply". This will be balanced out by a slight increase in battle fund growth." So, just to clarify this, if the icon button is left in the position as it is (default = on), Gold Boxes will not drop. If you depress the button gold boxes have the possibility of dropping. configuration A: left alone: no gold boxes pushed in: gold boxes Is A correct or do I have it absolutly backwards and it is: configuration B: left alone: gold boxes pushed in: no gold boxes Please tell me if the correct configuration is A or B. I have no problem buying pro-battle pass; Tanki is generous in terms of giving away free crystals. My objection with this update is the tremendous difficulty and tedious nature of trying to find a suitable battle. Too many variables to look at for each battle and no way to sort them. Also the default 30 minute battle is way too long. Please change the default to 10, 15, or even 20 minutes if there needs to be a difference between pro and non-pro...30 minute battles are inconvenient and they are created the most because they are the default. This update requires that much more time be spent searching for battles...it makes the game significantly less fun to play.

SIMPLE? ??? This system is horrendously complex to find a battle you like...OMG it is inconvienient and time consuming. Previously all you had to do was decide between four formats; CTF, CP, DM, or TDM, possibly a few different amounts of time, and which map...done...play. NOW, with the pro battles you can no longer just cruise the menu and join a battle. You must analyze more than half a dozen different icons. Then try to find some battle less than hours long (999 minutes...ridiculous). See how many players are on sides, see who is wining and by how much, time left, are drugs allowed or not, can you change weapons if need be or is that prohibited, are MUs admited or not, bonuses, gold boxes, then you notice it is private! OK start again Rio, 30 minutes (only want 15 but can't wait for joiners), supplies OK, even sides with one opening on each side, almost even score...yeah, I'll join click...someone else got it...ok I'll click blue...I'm in OH *^&%^*%& it's PARKOUR!!!!!! OK another battle (same hoohaaa)...I'm in, but wait where is the other team...poopers, they have all qujit but one guy....another waste of time. OK one more, trusty CP in Polygon...got it I'm in...this is fun...we are killing and getting killed...wow this is going on for a long time...oh nooooooo...it's cut off by SCORE and we are going to 200...I've killed 25 and died 15 times already...I'm invested, I guess I'll ride it out...I'm sooo bored after an hour of this crap, who cares any more...win or lose, let's just finish the damn game. Horribly cumbersome to find a decent battle...terrible, terrible, terrible. I'll hit the battle button from now on...I hate this map, it doesn't lend itself to my equipment prefered play mode...exit to another map...no one...wait...wait...wait...exit, play a minute, game over, renew game, players from my team all left I get slaughtered...exit new game... foolish horrid teammates that cause more trouble than the opponents...exit...on and on. It is now VERY VERY difficult to find a decent game. And forget about trying to accomplish daily missions...first in battle, twice; holy pie in the sky batman! If everyone buys these pro passes it will be as it is now; CHAOS. You guys need to have more filters QUICKLY...first we need to be able to sort battles by time, then work on a way to sort by adjustable criterion like destroy limit, players, drugs, weapon changes, etc. We sould also be able to filter out parkour and other non traditional battles. This is not fun and too complex as it is now.

I hope someone brings this to the attention of the sales/accounting/income staff. My daughter discovered Tanki about six months ago or so. We have both enjoyed playing Tanki very much; so much so that I was about to buy her and myself $100 worth of crystals and ten gold boxes to drop...so about $220 with both accounts. I had already witnessed a change in the paint separation to modules. I heard about the re-balance and decided to hold off a bit before buying crystals. I didn't and don't like the re-balance. If I had paid real money to buy and upgrade equipment and then see it made virtually useless (we both play primarily with Twins) I would be angry. Now another major change is about to alter the game, seeming for the worse despite the managements tepid spin of improvement (also annoying...everyone is aware that this is a profit driven world and Tanki needs to get paid too). And, on top of that, in this thread, there are ominous hints at even more changes to come! My daughter and I will continue to play Tanki, but only as a non-cash players Bottom line for the money folk to consider: I want to know what I am buying when I make a purchase. Tanki changes too much to invest in...one never knows what it will become. Tanki lost $220 in revenue from me and how much more from others overall? Can you generate enough new players to make up for loss of revenue from old established players (I can't imagine how cheated high rank players feel)? Most people are adverse to change (me for one) and Tanki changes dramatically monthly.

The Wiki page with kit rosters does not reflect kit availability as it is now. It is very confusing and difficult to plan what and when to buy a kit since the rosters change in uneven intervals and now components seem to be shuffled around. Some of old roster 4 is now on roster 1 as an example. There are various new kits that are not on the rosters at all and some kits may be missing altogether...it is impossible to tell. I suggest either taking down the inaccurate wiki page with Product Kits or updating it to reflect the current kit rosters...obviously, having the Wiki page with updated kit rosters is the preferred situation. http://en.tankiwiki.com/Product_kits

Hi! On about July 22nd or 23rd I bought a "Corsair" kit for 53760 which included Viking M1, Twins M1, and Roger paint. I commented in chat at the time that I only saved 640 crystals over the normal garage price if you excluded the non-functional and only decorative Roger paint. This was the week just after the recent module update so Roger had no protection included with it like it would have if I had purchased it the previous time it was offered (I don't know when that was because my rank and bank account were too low). Now, less than two weeks later the same kit is being offered with "Lion TA M1" along with this same "Corsair" kit for only 3780 crystals more. I feel I have fallen victim to the recent update and would feel less cheated if I could now purchase the "Lion TA M1" module for 3780 C or there abouts...certainly not 30000 crystals. Please do the fair thing and let me purchase "Lion TA M1" at a deeply discounted price (about 3780) so I will have parity with all the other player that could buy "Corsair" before me and now just a short time after me. As a side point, almost all brick and mortar stores refund the difference in sales prices within 30 days of equivalent items and if something else is included in a sale at a sightly different price, customers are allowed to purchase the additional item(s) for the difference in their purchase price and the current sales price. Kinda rough wording...but I get it. Now, I don't see why. So I can buy a kit if it has something in it I can't unlock (higher than my qualification)...but when I rank up and actually qualify to buy that item, I can't get it in the kit. Odd. Or, if a pricier kit becomes available with the same stuff but of higher level, the kit I want goes away never to be seen again...and I must keep saving and forgoing upgrades to buy the next level of the same stuff even though that advanced kit will be long gone when I save enough crys (unless I ante-up and send Tanki my hard earned Baht/Rupis/Pesos/Dollars/Euros/etc). I see...but , why? Why can't I just buy the kit I want when I can afford it? ...Let me guess, the rules... or that's the game...or, I dunno, shut up. Anyway..I accept that this odd rule is in place. But, I digress...is there any handy list/chart/picture/schedule of when a kit becomes unavailable to which rank? http://en.tankiwiki.com/Product_kits This chart shows at which rank you can buy a kit...maybe stick in a column that shows at which rank the kit becomes unavailable. Kit availability...it is obvious at which rank you are able to buy specific kits. I can find no information about the opposite...at which rank can you NOT buy a specific kit. Where is a schedule for the expiration rank of each kit? I have had this happen to me twice so far. I kill like hell to make enough crystals to buy a nifty kit; I rank up in the process, and POOF!...the kit is gone...too high a rank...you lose sorry dude, keep your crys for crying. It would be wonderful and help to alleviate massive frustration if some knowledgeable Tanki guru could generate a kit/rank expiration table (list, forum answer, chart, picture, whatever). >>>Not to belabor a point but here is a specific example: I was at a lowish rank (I forget the exact rank). I was saving crys for a "Striker Kit" with my coveted Viking M1 and, at the time, dandy Swash paint (protection (yeah, old days)). I busted hump and laid waste to a multitude of other fine players tanks (no doubt causing a great "gnashing of teeth" and suffering). I only needed a few more crys for my kit and, all of a sudden, a bright light shone above my tank and I ranked up...and got lots more crystals than I actually needed to acquire my "Striker Kit"..so cool Tanki. And then I went to Garage with my hands shaking in anticipation of the devastation I would cause with my new Viking M1 and Swash Paint (good old days of paint protection). Hey wait...where is the kit...wth....WTH....WTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ...no kit...gone...never to be seen again for you of high rank....pay lots more for the same stuff, because you are of higher rank so you must be richer. Moral of this tragic tale: I knew when I could first buy the Striker kit...but how could I have known at what rank it would stop being available? When might this happen again? At what rank would I be excluded form the ability to buy a specific that has caught my eye because of ranking up? Thanks for your time in reading this whine.
