What I observed was that the drugger will now wait for the initial "pre-cooldown" period then click 2-3-4 all at the same time and go on a killing spree until they are almost dead then click 1 to continue with a full compliment of drugs...then die to respawn and do the same thing again. I know this because I tried it. It is brutal on your drug supply (I have lots since I don't normally use too much) but very effective in battle. You get killed a lot, but you can kill five to ten opponents before you get killed. If implemented, this new system will create kamikazzi like druggers that will be horrible to deal with. Supplies are part of the game and there is currently skill needed to use them in a truly effective manner. The experimental system will remove most of the skill and make supplies a blunt dull instrument...think Firebird on 2-3-4; hack and bash This experiment will make real druggers even harder to deal with... along with removing another skill factor from the game.

Failed Experiment...LEAVE THE GAME ALONE I am amazed at some of these replys...it makes me wonder if many of the folks that have replyed here really PLAY Tanki much at all. One guy was thrilled because Tanki gave him a drug free weekend....what? There were plenty of drugs used this weekend. My guess is consumption was actually greater. I played my normal game play and didn't use supplies much. I got creamed worse than usual by druggers. I also tried playing a few hours as a vile drugger...WOW, killer scores! As a drugger you can find a cluster of enemy while waiting for the drug menu to come up after spawning. Hit double armor, double damage, speed, and go on a frenzy...as soon as you are about to die, click a repair and continue til dead...NOTHING stands in your way. I was almost always #1 and probably made almost as many crystals as I spent to drug myself into total domination, but I didn't get ahead. This experiment will make the drug problem much worse...much worse as long as you can pop on everything all at once. Who cares if you die in 1.5 minutes as long as you kill 5-10 tanks beforehand? Capturing a flag is easy when you are DA-DD-S then repair with the D!DDS still active. This supply scheme takes all the skill out of the game. This experiment is a druggers dream and a non-drugger nightmare. A non-drugger will not be able to compete....yet another arrow in the back of the non-cash player. This experiment, if implemented, will make Tanki even more frustrating than it already is (all the balance changes are too much already). If this is how supplies will work in the future, I will probably use my crystals to buy supplies, use up all the supplies to stay competitive, and then just stop playing Tanki.

I am just so tired of change after change after change after change after change. Doesn't Tankionline have anyone for marketing? Hire someone to do the marketing for your game and stop changing the game itself. I assume you are trying to acquire more players thereby increasing revenue. I predict that you may increase revenue slightly, but you could have done it soooo very much better with less alienation of your current player base...you could have generated more players with the proper push. Humans are generally adverse to change. Tanki changes from week to week now. No one knows what will happen to their favorite turret/hull from week to week. This is like ranting into the wind since, based on results, the developers pay no attention to what gets written here, but it does allow each player to vent their frustration. OK...my venting: Anyone that thinks splash damage is a good thing has probably not been a very effective Twins player. The best thing about Twins is the constant fire. The next best thing is that there is no self damage and you can ravage your opponent up close with impunity. This made Twins a great mid and close range weapon in the right hands (like mine). At least I can still buy my old Twins back with an alteration...if I have the crystals....hmmmmmmm....maybe I'll send in some real money for crys since I don't have enough from missions....NAH, they will just change the game again next week. -

Friendly fire might be an interesting option for Pro Battles....if you kill one of your own team, you lose one (maybe two) of your previous kills...or maybe you blow up as the teammate you just shot bows up.

I was a Twins devote until the Nerfing. Now they are so slow Twins are my least favorite M1 turret. I would like to know if M2 Twins fire at about the same tempo of the old M0 Twins...is the rhythm as fast or a bit faster? If M2 fires as fast as Old M0 Minotaur is my next kit (Christmas sale). If they are slower than Old M0 like M1 is now slower than Old M0, I will buy the Vesuvius (spelling) kit with Vulcan/Viking...Opinions?

Not an alteration exactly, but an extraneous piece of equipment. How about a birds eye view? With the quick toggle of some key, you can get the view you get when you use "Page Up". We can get this view now, but it takes time to page up then page down again. This add-on could be sold...M0 would be almost the same view as "Page Up"...M1 might be the same view as "Page Up"...M2 might expand the cone's base view..., M3 even more expansion. Call it a Drone or Drone View.

Increase pause time to 3 minutes Everyone needs to pee...especially in those 999 minute battles...or maybe Tanki could start marketing "Official Tanki Pee Pans" that you could keep conveniently by your computer. :) 5 minutes may have been too long, but 2 minutes is too short.

Yeah, that is better, but might take more "hands on" programming ...and I don't see any "sort" type of code in Tanki yet. Alphabetizing could be done in a very short time with very little effort.

I don't think a fee is approriate for chat violations....too subjective and it would open a can of administrative worms I think. BUT, the gist of your idea is great....Violator Status without the fine but maybe a mandatory paint for a specific period of time along with the chat ban...The Scarlet Letter but ala Tanki (maybe red and white striped). A tank of shame. -
Put the Protection Modules in alphbetical order. The animal names are cute and I like them but it is needlessly cumbersome to find a specific module. This comes into play when shopping for equipment kits. Kit blah blah comes with Rhino TX-D protection...then its a search for "Rhino". If it was just after "Puma" it would be easy. It would also be very cool if you could just create your own module with any one/two/three combinations of turrets.

I really like this idea. It seems like it would be easy to implement and really would motivate players to stay in the game more. There are many times I finish of one mission and quit for the day..and this would still be my prerogative. But, I would certainly finish all three missions within the day if there were a little extra kick for completing that 3rd mission...even something small like 5-10 crystals per rank...or an appropriate number of supplies accordng to rank.

I tend to play in non-peak hours and it has gotten difficult to find a decent battle since the implementation of the Pro Pass situation. The pool of players at any given time is now divided into different parts...regular players and pro players with the later creating battles with even more stratification; 999 minutes/10minutes, drugs/no drugs, etc. The result of all this is that it is much more difficult to play on a map you like even when holding a Pro Pass. One patch that might help this situation and might even motivate more players to invest in Pro Passes would be to allow Pro Pass holders the ability to create all the different types of Pro Battles AND allow then to create REGULAR battles also. If there were too few pro players on a server the Pro Pass holder could create a normal 15 minutes standard default battle on any map he wished allowing both pro and non pro players to join. This would keep the Pro Pass exclusive and give the Pro Pass holder an additional bit of status (probably not exactly the right word).

My gosh, it is really difficult to get into a good battle....only peak play times are there enough players and then the Pro Battles are filled with 999 minutes 500 points in CP, drugs/no drugs....it all goes to make it frustrating to play Tanki any more. I loved this game but it has gone to hell. Why have you guys done this? It is SO BAD....WHY? In non-peak playing times it's hard to find a battle in regular or in Pro. I can create a battle, but then it's sit and wait and wairt and wait then one guy will come in for a minute or two and leave. If you look at the server load on non-peak times there is just a trickle of players....maybe get rid on 70% of your servers. Players are spread out over 30 servers, some play in regular battles, some play in Pro. In Pro, there aare way too many types of battles so the pie of players gets sliced even thinner. First the Nerf-fest now this ridiculous Pro-Pass thing. I'll give you guys the price of a ProPass every month but please bring back the ability to create regular games this is awful...it is a failure. The default time in Pro Games is too long...30 minutes by default. People crete these battle and don't bother changing the default....shorten it to 10-15-20 minutes...30 min by default is too long. People can still choose 30 minutes or 999 minutes but make the damn default 10-15-20 minutes. The pause is too short....we need at least 3 minutes. Your pop up "60 sec left" hits you while you are waiting to get into garage. 2 minutes is too short...5 minutes was probably too long but it would come into play with these 999 minute games...everybody gotta pee sometime. I feel disappointed, powerless and frustrated...

I tried the battle button again since there were not enough players to create pro battles. I clicked the damn thing between ten and fifteen times and went to battles that no one was in or a guy spawned in, I shot him and he bailed, and sereveral similarly non productive sernarios. I spent about an hour and didn't get into one battle. Wait, wait, wait...I am hooked on Tanki and need ACTION...not sit and wait for a battle to happen. The Pro Pass system is almost as bad. When you play in non-peak hours, you create and wait and wait. Why? Here is why: I watch the amount of people online...most of the time (except peak hours) it is less than half of what it was before "The Baddle Button" and the loss of normal battle creation. It is about 1/3 of what it was before the myriad of abominable updates. One Third! So two out of three players are not playing now...and half the regular players stopped playing since they can't create battles. It is difficult to get a decent pro battle going in anything but peak play times. Another way to see the huge drop in players is to look through the server loads...many times servers were red and no more players could even join...now the the vast majority have tiny white bars indicating few players. This bizarre strategy may possibly pay off in the long run, but I just can't see how selling a few battle passes for cash (most will just buy them out off their in game collected crystal hoard) can possible make up for the huge loss in players overall. It seems to me Tanki has sqrewed the pooch on this one. -

As far as making it easier on newbies getting into battle; UTTER HOG WASH...shame on all you guys for this horrendously tortured rationalization. Give me a break...has there ever been even a total newbie that couldn't participate in a battle? If there ever was one, they wouldn't be able read "Battle" either. Guys, drop this foolish piece of inane propaganda and give your clientele a bit of credit. tsk tsk tsk 1. Shorten the default Pro Battle time from 30 minutes to anything less (10-15-20). Creators can still change and choose 30 min 2. Change the break time to 3 minutes -
...and the few remaining tankers are split into propass and non-propass which makes it even worse. Some players are siphoned off into pro battles while the balance are in "Button" battles Neither group can get a decent battle going other than at peak play times during the day. FLOP ...

OK, I bought a Pro Pass a couple days ago...cool, now I can do what I used to do in Tanki with my now nerfed weapons...oh, wait...there are not enough PLAYERS anymore. They are only players at peak times! I make a battle and wait...and wait....and wait; quit and make another...and wait...and wait...a guy joins, I kill him twice and he quits and I wait...and wait...and wait. I bought your Pro Pass to be able to play on the maps I wish but now there is no competition left. Good work Tanki developers...it's a flop, big time.
