You are not able to change your password or you can but when you click on settings, click on change password or email, it shows that error? Try using a browser in case you were using the Client or Standalone Flash Player and see or vice versa and see if thr problem is still the same. Let us know please, thanks.

Best you can do is to write to Help Desk, in this case no one else can help you other than the Help desk or the support team since Administrators cannot block/unblock accounts. Anyway, they do reply to emails but now they changed the system a little bit so using the forms is actually easier and better than sending emails to them so try using the form given in here. It is normal or common glitch. Players receive their crystals after the battle ends even if it shows 0 or after refreshing. In some rare cases, players get after the server restart.

Well you can post a video from anything where it is phone, Ipad or any other device that has an internet, all you have to do is copy the video link and post it in here just like you posted now but don't worry, exceptions can be made even though in this case, all it takes is copying the link and pasting since you have the videos already made as you said. :)

You can log in to the Forum using your normal TO username and password you used when you lunched the Stream for the first time and logged in. Same password in the Forum as well.

Well that is what I know so far to the best of my knowledge, it can maybe bug as well sometimes but I highly doubt that as everyone that had this sort of problem or a similar one eventually contacted the Help Desk and their crystals was fixed so pretty much yeah.
