Normally you can't but when it lags, what I do is that, I press the F5 you just mentioned multiple times even if it doesn't work, wait for couple seconds, close the app and open it again, luckly for me whenever I do this, and I click play, it takes me to the actual server I was in.

It depends on the error and when you got it, if you got it when 3 minute(s) was left from the battle or like 1h, if not less, it is better to leave it the way it is and never reload it because if you do, you will just lose the crystals as the battle will finish meanwhile it is ''loading'' for you and since your name is not on the list, the battle won't give you any crystals.

In addition to what my friend said, just to be extra careful and sure, sometimes the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work probably on Chrome and Opera so it is recommended to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Good luck!

Provide a screenshot of it if you don't mind to see what exactly you are talking about and no, the Help Desk will not slower your process and even if they do, eventually it will be fixed so you should try it if any other options won't be of help.

How is the problem now, the friendlist and the Clan thing opens when you click on them or still having the same problem, fellow tanker?

Don't think so but you can try it, where do you start/run the app from, from your downloads folder?

As my fellow friends and tankers said above, simply rebooting your modem should solve this problem. If you want to face less problems than this, you can try using the Standalone Flash Player which allows you to play with low ping, keep in mind that for the first time, it ''might'' load a lot longer than you might think depending on the connection of your speed internet. Make sure you use these updated links once you download the application from the link given above, most of the other links are outdated, especially the Help Site ones. Go a little bit down till you see this and copy and paste the links in there.

Just a normal glitch, that player will respawn sooner or later, sometimes it is the one who is watching the tank (in this case you) the one who is actually lagging and seeing others as players who didn't respawn fully when they already did.

Do you get kicked cos of inactivity since the battle(s) you try to join just keeps loading and loading or you are not able to enter any battle at all?

Well, not sure when they did this change but apparently that is how it works, isn't it same for missions? A friend of mine wanted to finish a mission and I called a friend of mine, both me and another one in a team and the one who wanted to finish his 5 double damage mission on the enemy team and he did it. Same for Gold, once again, not sure when but yeah.

How exactly and how far or close you were to the player's Hull any lags from you or the other tankers perhaps?

Exactly, till they fix it, I guess it will remain like this. Good thing is that we all don't have to do anything, all we have to do is wait and we get our crystals back. :)

As my fellow friend said, it indeed does save cookies so I would recommend you to save the Flash Player fail in your Desktop and never clear your cache. Or you can simply drag it from your desktop to your Taskbar for quick opening.

My friend, how many players were in that battle? Usually there has to be more than 2 players on the enemy team in order to make the Gold counted so for example, if your friend is on the enemy team and you drop a gold for him/her, that gold won't be counted as it is only the 2 of you. But if the enemy team has your friend and.. 1 more layer and you drop the gold for him/her from the opposite team, the gold will be counted. :)
