Did you try resetting the environment variables back to it's original way? Usually resets after a reboot? You can read more about it in here. You can also try to make your windows go back to an early date when TO was working for you by using the restore system option if nothing else would help.

If it is related to the Client, a simple re-install should fix the problem you are facing when changing servers. Follow the instructions in here step by step and see if it will help.

How long were you in that battle? For your information, if you join a battle and while you are in that battle, just close the Client or Standalone or even the browser, let's say whatever you were using to play TO while you were in that battle instead of leaving the battle and closing. Your nickname will be visible to others who are outside the battle and you will be counted in so if it was 3 vs 4 and you left, players outside the battle will still see the 3 vs 4 while actually it is only 2 vs 4 since you left so if someone joins he/she will see 3 vs 4 and will say ''oh, be the 4th player'' and when they join, all he/she will see is just another player, in other words 2 vs 4. This is what happens when someone closes the browser straight while they are in battle instead of leaving manually so this could have been the case. This way, players in the battle will last as long as the pause time allows so before, such players were present and none present at the same time for 5 minutes since 5 minutes was the pause time before but now they can only be this way for 3 minutes.

My friend, it is a great thing that you have noticed it but sometimes kits leave the garage earlier like some time ago when it said 2 days left and after the server restart, 1 of them were gone without earlier notice so in this case, it must have been the same, kits rotate randomly without an exact order, all you can do is wait till their next appearance, no one can help you now and we moderators can't bring back the kits whatsoever, only the game Devs can. So in your case, no one can actually do anything about it other than maybe forwarding it but best you can do is wait. Sorry to leave you disappointed.
