The wars now are mostly idealogical and religious, not political. So we see, even more, people demonizing the opposition, and often they're right. Veterans Day is to remember all those heroes who sacrificed lives and time to preserve freedom for all of us who cannot. I've fought many Viking/smokys, a lot of them had m2 smoky and m2 viking, and a lot of them were druggers...but there was not ONE that could give me much trouble.

I knew it was you. You should pick a main and stay with it, and pick a specific combination and stick with it. I can give you some advice on that. What combination do you plan on using? Because hornet is better with some turrets and wasp is better with some others.

The acceleration feels sluggish and frustrating. Overall the hull feels a lot slower and takes time to get started. In fact, the drop in armor was the part I didn't notice. The speed and acceleration difference really got on my nerves, and it was quite obvious. However, it might be different with Hornet M0. I use Hornet m2 so I don't know your individual experience. Before long you will get used to it, and if you got back the old hornet you would be amazed at how fast it is.

You know you're skilled if you consistently achieve first place, playing with higher ranks, without using drugs. Sounds like somebody I know ;) On a different note, I agree with the post above. Skill is not just how well you perform in battle, it's amazing feats of tank control and tactics that you perform. There is no way to tell who is the most skilled player, sometimes a famous youtuber guy will lose in a duel to an unknown Brigadier, and sometimes they will crush. Duels don't tell the full story, neither do battle tabs. Once you get to a certain point you are pretty much comparable to any Generalissimo in skill.

LittleWillie I'm sure you have a valid point, but none of my friends who just started Tanki have had this problem. It says very clearly "upgrade" and the "speed up" is a different color. There's really nothing that can be done. It's the player's responsibility to learn about the in-game environment, economy, and game mechanics as much as they can..That's what I've done for every game i've played, and it's payed off. I've been able to compete with high-level players (in any game, not just TO) when I barely started because I made it my role to learn everything about how the game works. And I always found myself way ahead of the similiar ranked competition in terms of knowledge. Do you want a tutorial that shows more than just how to drive and shoot? That's certainly not a bad idea, you could post it if you want. ;)

Of course he did. However, there are many factors that are not directly stated in that article or the wiki. Sometimes in-game tests are the best way to determine how a statistic projects itself into gameplay.

Even my m2 hull can succeed against m3 shafts..because the point is not to get hit anyway. You have to use stealth and approach them when their laser is in a different area. Good players will only peek out and shoot at a shaft when his laser is far away..railguns can do hit-and-run but shaft have to stay out of cover to charge up and get a kill. Of course, m1 shaft against m0 hulls isn't a good comparison. m1 twins absolutely rips apart m0 hulls.

But think of it: Rail can STILL two-shot a hornet/wasp, but now it reloads much faster. Which means it's very hard for light tank users to counter railguns, especially if the railgun is mounted on a light hull.

You can't "master" a turret in a week. Sure, you can learn to use it effectively rather quickly, but to "master' a turret you really have had to have played with up to Major at least.

Smoky is not an effective attacker-it's better as a midfield gun. Plus, anybody can drug.
