^ No I'm not. I'm talking about freeze now, which is perfectly balanced with firebird. I make it a habit to memorize m4 statistics. The alteration doesn't increase range, it increase *range of max damage* which is something different. That's the range at which freeze does it's max damage. The alteration has no effect on the overall range of freeze. Even now, firebird and twins can follow a freeze around when it's circling no problem. The damage is still less than twins.

IMO the turrets are balanced, and even if they weren't you shouldn't just choose the one that's OP. It's all a matter of personal preference. Which one's playstyle do you like the best? If you have long range turrets maybe try hammer and freeze for a change. If you have rail and fire maybe try mid-range Rico for a change.
