    Wasp has to get close - hornet does not. Wasp needs all targets to be in specific, static radius. Hornet OD lasts 20 seconds and targets just have to be LOS. Wasp nuke can be countered by Titan dome or Hunter. There is NO counter to a ranged enemy that can kill with 1 shot.
  2. Not optimal use in my opinion. If for healing - waste of a super resource. And the reward for doing so is underwhelming. For attacking - will be put into use even less than a ranged viking. Maneuvering into position takes even more time with more danger.
  3. I'm messing with u - using the fewest keystrokes in the process. In the end I don't really have a strong position either way.
  4. 2-3 shots and they can move? hard to believe. Once a rail or Thunder or gauss starts firing at a pack, that pack is done. DA AND module won't help. The viking adds a damage multiplier in addition to the crazy reload rate. Imagine a machine gun - but each bullet is a 105mm cannon shell. That 2-3 shots happens in under 2 seconds. Plus there's impact and splash damage if gauss or Thunder. Makes no sense to equip short-range turret on a viking. So much loss of potential there because it can be killed on approach. There is no approach with mid-long-range turrets. point-shift-spacebar. I've killed JUGs from a decent distance with smoky-viking.
  5. ? If they are using viking they should be using (at worst) a medium-ranged turret. Smoky, Magnum, Rail, Thunder and Gauss should have no issue with range.

    I suggested at an earlier time 2 options... Original... up 2 3x50 PLUS ability to equip a 4th module. Max 4 x40. AND... if 4 protections equipped it is -10% on each slot. To get 40% you HAVE to equip a 50% module. This is mk7+ ... scale the nerf down for mk6, mk5, etc.

    I'd say when drones came along and allowed murder-hornets (Cosmic ur spelling it wrong) to survive much longer than they really should. They used to have fear, and if stayed out in the open too long they would die. But now they can sport as much armor as a heavy tank. So they just bull their way to Top-3. I have a Gauss and murder-hornet on my other account and I always have a good k/d with that combo if on a team that is not being spawn-killed. It does get kills too easily. BUT - I don't have OP drones, so my combo is still vulnerable. Not the case with the ones you see topping the battles - they kill easily and never die. Not necessarily true. MM was added to make things simpler/faster. If adopted reasonably, MM would also be fair. But it wasn't, so it is not.

    What? ? I've seen people reach - but wow - you are using an extendable ladder - and FYI - you're not supposed to use that top step. AND... that immunity is pretty much for buyers. Maybe if it was available for crystals... but it's not. So thanks for nothing.

    You dont want to spam because u need 3 shots. You want to make enemy miss through impact. You have better charge - as soon as you see light on his rail you fire. You should fire first.

    In that situation sure the enemy has advantage because you require 3 shots. If you were able to take advantage of the faster Charge time you could make the wasp miss you and then bam! Avg damage for Scout is 960 so on average it takes more than 2 shots for fully upgraded hulls.
  13. Immunities should not be in the game. They neuter 2 turrets while the rest of the turrets are free to do as they please.

    I've said it before and will say it again - there's less and less reason to use heavy hulls. The advantages they had are now being applied to light and medium hulls via drones and augments.

    well they made a mistake. Only other way to correct is to give it one more second of energy. I used to play Isida a LOT - look at my profile. It is very boring now - as it relies way too much on your team-mates - the ones that make you chase them in order to be healed. And since they are all hornets with defender equipped - good luck.

    No - it already does enough damage. Needs more battle-score for healing. Why are you stuck on Island. It's way, way too small and changing it to fit 16 tanks makes it no longer Island. We already have that dumb archipalego map. Pick a different map.

    Oh my - been a while indeed. So there were lots of complaints 50% vampirism was too OP. And I guess it's true. So in their infinite wisdom DEVS lowered vampirism to 10%. Yes - 10 PERCENT. Not 30% or 25% or 20%. 10%. They offered an alteration for crystals that would double that to 20% - BUT - also lowered the damage by a significant margin. And since vampirism is dependent on damage dealt - players were paying crystals for a zero-sum effect. Well, since the revised Isida was garbage, no one played it - they stayed in garages gathering dust. Then they decided to remove vamprisim entirely, and boosted the damage eventually to 1000 dps at m3+. But then it was discovered Isidas were doing too well healing fatty team-mates that never died and this "duo" was labeled too OP. So they lowered Isidas score - since no one else but murder-hornets should get Top-3 placings. And there you have it - Isidas are really not fun to play and really only get high scores if they attack and kill a lot. Or cap. But murder-hornets still run amok with high-damage long-range turrets. Go figure.

    For team-play maybe - like preventing flag stealing. But it does not help you do increased damage = lower score = less STARS ... ooops - I've said too much. ?

    Had been using Incendiary exclusively with my smoky. Tried autocannon (again) because I see more & more heat Resistance/Immunity. Went back to Incendiary.
