You're joking right? 2 minutes, no OD.... easily have zero stars in that time. Especially since the team missing players could be losing badly - which makes it much harder to earn battle-score. I've seen battles finish in 3 min and 7/8 players on losing team got 0 stars.

Scout wouldn't be nearly as bad if it didn't have the Hornet OD to go along with it. Answer honestly - what % of hulls do you think are paired with Scout? -
Gauss MK4 is available in kits as early WO3 or WO4. If it fired as fast as you suggest - why do you think is was not mk4? That is the most likely scenario.

I agree - I just exit those battles. MM sux. I was placed into one battle recently where enemy team was winning 4-0. Before I could finish spawning for first time battle ended 5-0.

Used with the right turret (high damage) it has the most OP OverDrive in the game.

Even with MFS augment ricco is not a great match with hornet. From range Ricco does not do enough damage quickly enough - the target has time to hit DA or RK or an OverDrive or even hide. The turrets that are successful with Hornet OD have one-shot kills or kill very quickly (vulcan). You will be way more successful with Hornet if you equip Gauss or Hammer-duplet or Rail or Magnum or Vulcan People ARE free to use their modules for protection against "problematic turrets". It's just that many players consider Rail one of those "problematic turrets". Plus there are so many of them. Stock Rail is not a huge issue. It's the augments - which TO seems to want to be OP (so players will spend a mint to get them).

Depends on the mk-level. Mk4 or better is < 2 seconds.

Sir - you did not specify which account in your other post. But then I looked at 24-carrot... and... you use ricco exclusively. So how is that any different than Bydo account? You need to get close to enemies so you are of course more vulnerable. Hornet excels with long-distance high-damage turrets. You are not using the hull to it's full potential. And you have a bunch of drones but are not using them. I bet your enemies are using drones. Hard to tell what modules you use recently - but 441 hrs on badger module? Why? One of the least-used turrets in the game... Same with Isida and Striker. Your choice of modules to equip seems... less than optimal.

Isida already has highest DPS. I don't see the need to "kill faster" than it already does. I would go the opposite - slower kill to do more overall damage. Currently Isida with DD can't kill a heavy hull with DA.

Hold on... What account? This one? Stop using Ricco with it and use a higher-damage turret with better range - else you are wasting the OverDrive. You have Magnum and Gauss and Vulcan and Rail. Use one of those. Hornet has the most OTT OD in the game. Make better use of it.

Buy them 1 at a time when sales are 35% or better. Get mines last. I think I have mk4 or something... not in a rush to improve the spider module. I use Isida module more often in pro-battles where Isida are way more valuable - and thus somewhat more popular.

That still begs the question... why does your cosmic account have very little module usage? There's no down-side to using a module...

49 hrs with Defender? holy crap! How you afford to get it useful that quickly? I hope you're doing ok with that drone usage...

Maybe if you equipped modules more often ... ... ? You talk about maxing out protections - but - your profile shows them hardly used AT ALL. Something off in your profile counter? FYI... modules from 45-47 are fine. Those last 3 MUs are diminishing returns - would not invest in them unless you are maxed out on most other things.

Your garage looks decent for L1. Yes, upgrade some of your protections more - smoky and Vulcan stand out. You really don't need more than 45% until you level more and have other equipment MU-ed. Best way to upgrade is to throw 1 (and one only) MU on as many items as you can on each sale - concentrating on modules as mentioned above. For turrets weigh MUs toward 1 short-ish-range (fire or hammer or ricco) and one long range for now. Don't worry about drones so much now. Every now and then throw an MU on Defender, but don't use it unless you have it half-way upgraded. Save batteries for when drones are more effective.

Not so great if it's against Rail or Gauss mounted on a Hornet... would be like standing there out in the open - naked.

Also nullified by another Titan. It does give you 90% damage reduction against all enemies except hornets with OD active. But you are right - it is weak because there are too many counters to it.

Because of 1 event? When I get placed in a battle by MM that's half over - why the heck should I stay? When a battle starts and other team caps a flag because no one else has loaded - why should I stay? When a battle is 2 minutes in and it's 8 vs 5 because there's 3 inactive tanks - why should I stay? The list is long my friend. Punishment is not the answer. FIX MATCHMAKER and less players will leave. And I already brought up the issue of Challenges (or events) ruining battles. We don't need Challenges EVERY STINKING MONTH.

Marshall So both my accounts have that weekly Top-3 x 15 mission. That's just SUPER. Switched accounts - playing CTF with this account. 2 min in it's still 8 vs 5 (we NEVER had 8 ) and getting spawn-killed. E-X-I-T.

3 battles already today - RUGBY - where all enemy team did was camp. They were spanked each time - shut out. Then a 4th Rugby game MM placed me into an ongoing battle where my team was winning 4-0. Game ended 5-0 before I could spawn ONCE. Yeah... Challenges and MM are just awesome. LMAO.

Well this one is kinda hard if you don't have 1 of those 4 turrets - right? Mission: «End of counting off» Task: Destroy 1700 tanks in any Matchmaking battles using long-range turrets (Shaft, Gauss, Magnum, Railgun)
