The only time I ever had a bad experience wuth the help desk was when a hacker dropped 9 of my golds. After reviewing the case, help desk told me "we cannot refund the golds, as they have been dropped in battles". Yeah. Nice. Thats what I said -_- Do what Mik aid, but GL getting them back... The help desk is generally really good. Maybe they were just having a bad day...

Rico was OP awhile agom but with all these buffs going around its becoming balanced. As long as the devs dont decide to buff it too, it should be OK.

Well yeah, the hitboxes on houses and those dead tanks, but you just have to learn where the invisible barriers are. The only issues that I find annoying regarding those polygons is the random blocks in Massacre. Remember that making the houses more realistic would put more strain on the fossilized servers, causing more lag...

Really, I dont think this should be a priority. Fixes to MMS and releasing new overdrives are more important IMO. Its not like the floating mines alter gameplay or cause problems, they are just like normal mines, just whatever is underneath them is invisible.

Magnum is supposed to do that, I think. The vulcan issue is a known bug, just stop firing for a second to fix it.

Not entirely sure what your trying to say, but you can report a mult by clicking their name and clicking "report". At least 15% of the players in the battle must vote for a battle mod to come and look at the situation.
