The cast majority of battles in the PRO battle list are normal gravity. This suggests that people dont want to play space mode very much.

The self destruct penalty prevents it from being abused. In TDM a player could just kill themselves whenever they would die and the enemy team woudnt be able to get any score.

If you have an idea, you can post it in Ideas and Suggestions. I do believe that this was suggested before though, and if memory serves it was declined. The mod thought it increases the skill needed to use OD so you dont waste it.

It does not add back self-healing, it increases the time you are able to heal by 5 seconds. Where did you get your information saying that it heals itself?

You are mostly correct, but in the old system the battle would display both the customized map name and the original map name, so players know what map it is even if they dont speak that language. The issue has been reported to the devs numerous times, they will work on a fix.

It could be that a Firebird heated it up to max temperature, that will get it pretty red. Please post any bugs you find here.
