Its possible that they were using either shaft or magnum, either one can one-shot any tank if it has Double Power (And the tanks its shooting at does not have Double Armor). It is also possible that Match Making System puts you in battles far above your rank, so you are dealing with enemies that have much stronger equipment. I think if that was their goal, they would have given it a new alteration. (A re_old_vulcan, like High-Caliber Ammo for rail). I think they really did try to buff it. (And they did, a bit.)

Honestly, it only seems that way because so many trolls post complaints (often in giant font and bright colors) over and over again. Some of them use alternate accounts as well, Im sure. The more reserved and calm people post only once or twice, and they are usually the ones who dont complain. Some of them complain as well, but no update will please everyone.

Shoudnt it go into ideas for containers? Since it asks for a change to them, not to the paints itself? Not that it really matters, I guess. The idea goes to the devs either way...

They will log your complaint if it is placed there. They will, however, ignore your complaints if they are posted here and has nothing to do with the announcement.

If he is using weak equipment than potentially yes. I dont think m1s in an m2 battle would be enough to qualify though, especially if its a powerful one like twins. m0s might get him kicked..

OK, Ive changed my opinion yet again now that Im used to the new Vulcan. I was wrong to say it was nerfed. Its still a but weak, maybe Smoky level, and it certainly hasnt been made OP like the other turrets that have been rebalanced recently. BUT it is an improvement. Its playable now, just with a different play style. If your team is getting spawn killed it will be useless, but in a easy or balanced match it is decent. I wish it were returned to its old stats, but I thank the devs for this buff anyway.

If you are worried about TO shutting down when Adobe Flash closes, you can be pretty certain it wont happen. The devs have updated the game quit a bit, with more planned. I expect the game to last for another 5 years at least.
