That's true in my opinion, EMP is stronger than AP. Here is why - If you were effected by the AP effect, you can still defend yourself and kill your opponent if you have double power or escape if you have nitro. However, if you are effected by the EMP effect, the only way you can defend yourself is if you have protection against the turret of of your opponent, and in many cases you do not have protection against it. I feel like the best way to nerf EMP is to change the way this effect works in the following way; If you have 10 seconds for your double power, and you were effected by EMP, you will be left with 5 seconds only. So basically it cuts the time left for your supplies in half.

No, Tanki X will never comeback. The open testing for Tanki 2.0 opened on May 11, 2011, but the project itself was canceled during the spring of 2012. Tanki X was released around 2015 until it closed on 2019. Both versions were available in one way or another while the original Tanki Online was already available.

It has been reported many times now, but we don't know when or if it will be fixed. I believe it happened to all of us at some point. Will be reported.

Reporting the bug isn't something you must do, even though it would be nice of you to report it. But if you find a new bug which gives you some sort of an advantage, it's always better to avoid using it and wait for the developers to fix it. As for the original question, as long as you do not ruin the game for others (i.e multing in team battles etc.), there is nothing wrong with multing in DM mode. If you come across a bug and use it for your favor once, you won't get banned. However, if you keep using this bug over and over you will get banned for it. As for Immunity blocking Vulcan's overheat, that's not a bug, that's how heat immunity works.

This is correct. But this part is not accurate - You can get banned if you exploit bugs.
