    Ideas for Turrets!

    An Assault Rifle. It would fire streams of bullets like Vulcan. Range and damage drop-off simmilar to Thunder. It would not have to spin up and spin down, and would have no burning. When you press space, it will fire for 1.5 seconds. You cannot stop it firing until those seconds are up. Then it will have a short 2.5-second reload at M0 and 1.8 at M4 and it's ammo bar would be 2/3 full (like hammer). Then, this would happen again and again until ammunition is empty. When that happens, there will be an 8-second reload. During these short "bursts" of firing, it would have a DPS of 500 at M0 and 1000 at M4. That's right, same as Isida. It would fire for such a short period of time though, that it could not even kill a light hull with one "burst". Turret rotation speed would be simmilar to Railgun. It would have decent vertical aiming, somewhere around the same as Smokey. Impact force would be higher than Vulcan's, but only just noticeable on light hulls and the Viking. This is not the same as having hammer with a longer reload, less impact force, more range and 750 damage-per-shot instead. It does require a constant line of sight like Vulcan. Hopefully it would be an interesting new weapon.
  2. I would assume so. Flash player is like swamp water; it runs slowly and it is full of bugs. A good internet connection or pc will solve the rest.

    Twins splash damage is only a con, there is nothing good about it. This makes the Stable Plasma alteration OP. Increase the splash radius to something like 6 metres to make it useful. Maybe upgrade it's range slightly to match up.

    Ideas for Parkour!

    The idea is simple: allow unlimited overdrives in Parkour format. This would not be as OP as it seems. I know the idea of unlimited supplies in Parkour has been declined. I am talking about after each hull gets it's own Overdrive. This would mean that each team would need a Dictator to do that, and Dictator is not good for Parkour. This would allow for more diversity in Parkour challenges; a Dictator would be another member of the team and woud take up space without actually helping with the liftoff.

    Maybe Striker's lazer should be removed. It's barrel would emit a glow when locking on, so it could be noticed at close range and even at long range if you were looking at it. Laser would appear after lock-on (when the bullets begin to be released) to allow a little bit of time for enemies to escape. This would make it a proper long-ranged weapon.

    Ideas for Hulls and Overdrives!

    Two new hulls: the heaviest light hull and the lightest heavy hull. Heavy hull would have an Overdrive which creates a "toxic area" around the hull (credit to Skills.n.Girls for this idea in this topic: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=363242 ). It would be called "Golliath". Light hull would have an overdrive which makes it invisible for a short period of time, like in Tanki X. It would be called Ghost. It's Overdrive would not hide sound, shadows and dust. Hornet's Overdrive would allow these tanks to be visible.     As in the pro battle setting "Allow Overdrives" cannot be enabled when "Supply drops" and "Supplies" are disabled.

    For some of us this may not be very useful, as we already know. However, the number of declined topics in I&S that say something along the lines of: Remove supplies, Nerf supplies, stop peope being able to buy premium/crystals etc shows that many people still need to know why that cannot happen.

    Big druggers are usually buyers, and supplies are a large source of income to Tanki.
  16. Titan is probably better for STGs, you are right. I would currently choose Wasp over Hornet or Mammoth over Titan any day. However, I think that Overdrives will give Titan and Hornet their sagnificance again, because if they have the same HP, you will want the more extreme one (the lightest or the heaviest, or something in between such as Viking or Hunter). Overdrives will reduce this by giving people a reason to use Hornet over Wasp, or Titan over Mammoth.
  17. It used to be like this, but it was changed. Maybe these could be added as M0 alterations, which will be that sort of thing.

    Why Tanki needs Druggers and Buyers

    I am sure many of us know the feeling. The feeling that that "Smoky M1" which hit us earlier had been fully MUed, even though the user of it was still at the rank of First Sergeant. Or when you see a Freeze M2 zip into your base and steal the flag. You think he does unusually high damage; your suspicions are confirmed when you press "R" or "V" and see that it is upgraded 10/10. Or last time you saw a Thunder-Dictator who had a full supply set... but not from Overdrive as his Speed Boost ran out before anything else. We all think the game would be better without these people... right? Wrong. The game would probably not exist. Tanki need these Buyers and Druggers, or they would go bankrupt. Or worse, the game would be Pay2Play, or you would need to pay a certain amount of real money to keep your account in existence. Consider this: would you prefer Tanki didn't exist to having to deal with Druggers and Buyers all the time? I would think not. A few things to consider: - 10/10 MUed equipment does not mean the player is a buyer. It only means that they have a lot of crystals in their wallet. I have not spent a single penny on Tanki yet, and I got my Striker M0 10/10 by Sargeant-Major. - Gold boxes/premium account does not make somebody a buyer. If you see a person dropping a gold, or joining a battle when they have premium, usually the chat is filled with "noob buyer" and a ton of other things that my topic would not be approved if I mentioned. You can get premium from weekend giveaways, daily missions, or contests. Same with Gold Boxes. - Drugging does not make somebody a buyer, even though supplies are a major source of income for Tanki. If you save up your supplies on low ranks, you may be able to compete at the higher ranks without playing NS all day. -Buyers are neccecary for the game to exist. Now, of course, many topics have been created saying: Allow buyers to only buy cosmetics with their money. No crystals, or premium, or anything else that creates an advantage. There is a problem with this. Because the game did not start off like this, making it like this would cause many buyers to leave the game. As a result, Tanki would loose money and have to close down. So, my Tanki friends (and enemies :ph34r:), I hope you now understand why Buyers are nececary for the game to exist. They are something many of us would like not to exist, but they must. They are a neccecary evil for us non-buyers (and small buyers). Druggers may be annoying as well, but Tanki has recently done what we all wanted: Nerfed supplies and upgrades, made upgrades accesable to non-buyers, and gave us this cool thing called Overdrive, which helps us combat Druggers.   19. I see my hammer Alteration idea is rather contraversal. I thought of it because Twins and Rico have alts for more range... but actually I thing Slugger fulfils that purpose already. I have a couple of others: Striker M2 Alt: Turret Rotation speed -30% Vertical Aiming +30% Magnum M2 Alt: Charging time +50% (1.5x charging time is a pro and a con in itself; it means better accuracy but longer to wait for full power)

    I want to buy M1 Smokey Alt. for this acc: titaniumdestroyer. Is it worth it? Not in all circumstances of course, but if there are a ton of railguns :D. Danger :excl: Troll time!
