60 FPS edits can be hard to produce for new editors, similarly 24 FPS edits can be difficult for anyone that has not tried editing in this frame rate. But newbie editors learn, and so can seasoned editors who have not touched 24 FPS editing before.
-
I personally feel the rules requiring clubs to upload videos in 60 FPS in order to obtain Parkour Club Support and the Official Parkour Club status should be removed and should not have to be adhered to. From my perspective as a Video Editor, 24 FPS and 30 FPS videos can be more cinematic than 60 FPS videos (in fact, the majority of major films are in such frame rates), and as proven by some Video Editors within the Tanki Online community, they can look just as good as a smoother 60 FPS video. If you would like some examples, I can send a few to prove this point. I think with there being the requirements of "neatly edited" videos, the 60 FPS requirement is not necessary because of redundancy, and especially factoring in the above fact(s) as well, it should be done away with - it's just not important. For those unaware of the rules discussed above, I have linked them in the below spoiler.

Not that I'm complaining about being able to get extra stars, but when my Weekly Missions were added at this most recent Server Update, the middle one still granted the previously-standard-prior-to-this-update 150 stars...I believe this is not intended, that's why I am sending a screenshot here documenting the issue:
-
Noticed this as well. Unrelated to the above, in addition, I’ve found that both in the client and browser versions on PC, regardless of whether you have Mouse + Keyboard or strictly Keyboard set as you input, upon clicking on the screen with the game in a battle it’ll cause Mouse Controls to become activated, and will continue even though you can manually go into the Settings menu and visually see that strictly Keyboard input is chosen. Doesn’t matter whether you have settings reflecting you want Mouse Controls by default or not, you still get Mouse Controls, pretty sure that’s not intended. ? What I’m ceasing to understand is why the update switching from saying “Mouse Controls” with a box to check if you want them or not to this new version of selecting your input is necessary. Seemed like an unnecessary change, as relabeling it was pointless, especially when it does not do what it is built to do…

And meanwhile, my 1973 Datsun 240z has none of those ? Skin looks cool though, hopefully I can get good luck and get it!

Call me a triangle, but I love all the sharp corners ?

I'd say there's always a possibility for a new turret/hull/drone, but as evident by the Tanki Birthday Fund, not so sure it'll attract nearly the hype this Tanki Fund has...
-
Can't wait for everyone to start running Crisi...I mean Brutus after 5 days of Crisis ?
-
Without upgrading the drone, it’s not very effective, but still consumes supplies just as quickly as when it’s maxed. However, maxing it (or at least getting it to a level which is decently effective), will take your entire bank of crystals, simultaneously making it nearly impossible to use since you won’t have the funds to support the drain in supplies. We’ll see whether this is all “psychological tricks” or not within hours of the drone being given out.

I bow to you, my lord

I'm looking forward to hearing complaints about how weak Crisis is and/or how taxing it is to use it consistently. I've had it for a year maybe and I rarely run it in battles because for one it's not as strong as people think, but also because it drains more supplies than the number you can buy back after a decent battle outcome. I also look forward to people replying to my comment saying stuff along the lines of "oMg CrIsIs Is OvErPoWeReD wHaT dO yOu MeAn?!" when in reality everyone making such comments have never used the drone. Pro tip for such people: Equip a Jammer augment and watch with a smile on your face as a Crisis user either switches drones or equips a Jammer Immunity augment that you can work around by using an EMP augment. All that aside, I look forward to all the rewards, I'm glad I bought something in this game for the first time in a while, the value of the less than 1,000 Tankoins bundle is unmatched.

Not sure if it's just me, but ever since the server update bringing the UFO Days celebrations, I've constantly received "Cannot load resources" issues, within mere seconds of every time I tried to re-enter the game.
-
This might be an unpopular opinion, but I actually appreciate the work the Developers have been doing in very recent times to keep the game balanced. Nearly every week they tweak something they've found to be an issue in the past, and it feels a lot like older years of the game, at least to me it does. I thoroughly enjoy playing the game nowadays.

valid Decrease Needed Time to Change ONLY Augments in Battles
Devoid replied to Devoid in Ideas and Suggestions
They did it because back when the equipment change time was around 2 minutes, you'd have all the 9999 GS players on both teams switching endlessly to evade the opposing team's hull immunity augments and/or maxed protection modules against the turret they were using. For example, back in the day when Electromagnetic Salvo was really the only EMP augment in the game, I'd switch in between that and something like Firebird or Freeze that had its own, completely different status effect redundantly, to have times where I'd have a solid 30 seconds or so without anyone having a protection module and/or augment protecting against me to maximize my score in battles. -
valid Decrease Needed Time to Change ONLY Augments in Battles

The number of times I've equipped Wasp just to realize I had Lightweight Construction from parkouring, and got so fed up with my mistake that I left the battle ? -
Yeah, I'm aware...I changed my paint and the issue went right away, and I was playing on PC.
-
I used my Crusader Overdrive but was destroyed just before the icicle shot out (although you could see it at the front of the tank), and until I switched equipment afterwards, I'd continuously have the icicle in front of my tank. I took this screenshot to showcase the issue after my second time dying after the death that cancelled my Overdrive (I was expecting it to disappear after the death following it, but it remained).

Maybe that explains the server issues these past few days... ?

valid Decrease Needed Time to Change ONLY Augments in Battles
Devoid replied to Devoid in Decrease Needed Time to Change ONLY Augments in Battles Ideas and Suggestions
I can understand the concept behind not allowing players to change their entire combination from, say, Firebird and Wasp to Mammoth and Shaft and then to Viking and Thunder in the same battle, but I think with the large number of augments for both turrets and hulls, players should at least be allowed to switch augments, at least on their turret. For example, allowing someone to go from Firebird and Wasp to Mammoth and Shaft, but after making the switch, being able to go from, say, Armor Piercing Sight to Rapid Fire Mode on Shaft after a shortened duration of time than the amount of time it takes to switch the entire combination. I've had more than one occurrence where I felt my turret's range was inadequate for the map and/or mode and switched to something else, just to struggle just as much because I went from one extreme to another (for example: Firebird to Shaft) instead of a happy medium that would likely be the most effective. Pertaining to hull augments, I personally think being able to switch these too often could lead to problems, so maybe hull augments can still follow the current change times and ONLY turret augments have reduced switching times. -
Afterburner paint in an Amazon Instagram ad?! ?

I wholeheartedly agree, but unfortunately, that's not something that's going to change any time soon. If you are afraid the game will continue to be plagued by both the Developers and the mass of P2W players within the game, I'd suggest moving away from TO. I used to play this game non-stop, but nowadays, I rarely play it and I get just as much satisfaction in my life from TO as the days I used to grind this game 24 hours a day (and no, that's not an understatement, I played this game for a full 24 hours on two occasions while livestreaming such).

Been a while, hasn't it... I am (back) in this club.
-
I really thought this update would bring the physics we recently saw in the test server. I am still patiently waiting, though losing patience...
-
Had a hard time understanding what you were trying to get across because of the poor grammar, but… What makes you think this club is on its final stretch? We are still very much alive, still working towards greatness, and that’s not soon to come to an end. Perhaps you wrote your comment in the wrong Forum topic…? ?
