The Boy Who Loved Pink Two: Requiem, Chapter Negative One

The Boy Who Loved Pink: Final Greetings Chapter Negative One of Requiem We used to race, Pyco and I. Normally, the two of us ran down PRMS to Heron Elementary, eager to be in the back rows, hoping not to be sequestered by everyone else by sitting in the front row with Teacher Leo. Because I had music classes, I needed to obtain my trombone and run faster to get there, giving me a disadvantage, but my speed made up for Pyco’s head start on the way to our old school. One day, I knew I would win. I just knew. Dashing around Ms Chuckles, a surly yard duty, I sped past and grabbed my instrument in record time. Even though it weighed around twenty or thirty pounds, I took off at the fastest speed I could, intent on reaching the prize. As I brushed past several students, my lanyard floated in the air. Racing through the streets, every sidewalk favoured me, and I advanced quickly, even relishing the moment when I saw Pyco’s exasperated, panic-stricken face as I flew by. But the last one betrayed me. I stopped abruptly at the sight of crossing guards, fifth graders from Heron. Taking a moment to catch my breath, I heard sneakers squeal by and a kid’s quick breaths. “Hi, Jason!” A voice startled me from behind: Pyco. Gasping, I whirled around and found myself next to the shorter boy. Once our eyes met, the determination in them showed the hatred and rivalry we had harboured since the first day we had met. As if on cue, the teacher in front of us blew her whistle, held out the stop signs for everyone to see, and signalled the crossing guards, stopping traffic momentarily. The race was on. Though I sprinted as fast as I could, the weight I carried with my right arm slowed me down significantly. While I rushed forward for the prize, my eyes bulged at the sight of Pyco flying forward freely. Out of desperation, I thought quickly and pulled off the most convenient object: my lanyard. Hoping that Pyco would notice, I flung it forward, the metal and cloth blew by Pyco’s neck, nearly cutting him. Once it fell to the concrete with a clatter, my heart stopped. He noticed. However, he didn’t even pick it up, and stole a look behind and smirked, as if mocking me. Running with the last of my energy, still searching deep down for a second wind, my shoe stepped on the lanyard as the other leg yanked it – hard. Both the lanyard and I flew into the air, but I landed with a loud THUNK! Before I saw it fly into Pyco’s hand. Pyco won. Handing me my lanyard, he nodded to the younger ones in the manner that a cocky athlete does as he entered the back rows. “Better luck next time, Jason!” he chirped. Little did he know that it would be the last time we raced. Epilogue A warm breeze signalled the start of summer, and I had just passed the black belt exam, along with four others. What a time to celebrate. As I paraded past the cheering crowds and tearful parents hugging their children, I took a quick glance at the lower belts staring at us in admiration, and I heard a familiar voice. One child, slightly taller than the rest, returned my grin. He was wearing a yellow belt, and something about that voice and hair made me think back to the past... Pyco. Heh… just decided to show you the last chapter of a series and how it leads in to the next novel. By the way, there’s a narrator change, so look out for that! That’s all of TBWLP 1: The Boy Who Loved Pink. Keep your eyes open for TBWLP 2: Requiem, coming soon. Leave your comments below! A special thanks to @JAGMAN2468 for helping me with some of the later chapters of Requiem.

New Bundle - Unique Paint + Rico Shot Effect

I listen to my parents talk about their jobs, and they have really bad coworkers sprinkled here and there who slow down progress, but they still get some stuff done, unlike here. The only major "achievement" was Matchmaking, and from what I see it's more of a backwards step. I can understand if it takes a while to get things done, but why do you all try to 'motivate' us to play with rewards and bundles. Tanki should be a game where people play for fun, not to farm stars. Also, tell the devs to stop designing paints and get on with the overdrives. P.S.Simply brushing aside the problem doesn't help. You might want to try to give an apology once in a while instead of telling us that everything is being delayed again and again, and in turn, you try to make a profit by selling us bundles.

    Math

True. But you can influence others, like saying that 'math is stupid' and 50 people have a bad taste in their mouth when thinking of math. Anyways, time to study numerical integration and the Unchain Rule.

When you can't get players to play for fun, you make them play for rewards.
