There is a checkbox on the login screen. If checked the password is not required any more to log in. This was an honest mistake. It is easy to click on the wrong login name and not notice it. I assume you are not part of the TankiOnline team... stilll hoping for an answer from them.

Someone in my family wanted to try the new GAUSS turret, but instead of logging into his account bought it for me. This is so frustrating. This weapon is so not my style. I have worked very hard to save crystals for the Birthday celebration to buy upgrades, and now a big chunk of it is gone. Is there any chance to reverse this transaction and refund my crystals. I would be very greatful. PS: I can see now that this is not the proper topic for such request, but do not really now which the right topic would be to recieve some attention.

Hi, I am using the desktop version on a Windows 7 PC in Hungary. It was lagging all they so badly that it is impossible to play. With chrome it seems even worse. The internet connection is ok. Ping: 9ms within Hungary 39-42ms to tankionline.com (I am not sure what this number would normally be)
