Just realised Viking M2 has more health than both hunter and dictator m2. Same health at m3. Viking is also faster than both at m2 and m3. Why is it balanced like this? All players might as well just get viking. Pretty strong overdrive too.

Unless the wiki is wrong, Hunter m2 is faster and has more health than dictator. Hunter m3 has the same health as dictator m3, and is faster. I’m definitely gonna get Chiro and Rico m3 on another mu sale, but hunter vs dictator is still undecided. I am definitely leaning towards hunter though, as the stats are just straight up better(aside from weight and stuff). I like hunter's OD a lot more, and the height hasn't really mattered for the goldboxes I caught or could have caught. Edit: I checked in the garage, hunter definitely has more speed at both m2 and 3, more health at m2, and the same health at m3

I don't know about other kits, but I'm just going to point out the fact that literally everyone buys the boar kit when it comes around, so everyone will be playing rico with rico protection. Dictator overdrive spam in teams can be really goddamn annoying/op too, if the teammates aren't all selfish.

Hello again. My Rico is m2.7, on its way to m2.8. Hornet is 1.9, on its way to m2. Dictator is still 2.1. So, do I save up for Chiropractor kit now? I only have 27k, and I'm 1/4 of the way to second lieutenant(Chiro unlock rank). I bought the hunter and magnum m1 kit on my lower account, and I'm really loving hunter. That overdrive is absolutely godlike, titans get rekt, dictators get rekt, wasps get rekt, everyone gets rekt. (I'm also gonna MU it to m2 smoky and hunter) If I do get Chiropractor, I assume I should MU hunter to m3, along with rico? I'm going to use rico as my main turret, and use shaft in other situations. Also, is shaft better with hunter, hornet, or dictator? OD wise hornet is best, followed by hunter, but the shape and health really goes in dictator's favour. Thanks.

I would say Smoky or Gauss as the safest choice. Medium to long range, since Isida is the only m3 turret. Rail, shaft and magnum if you really love them, and twins would be a meh choice. I don't know about m3 versions of them though, I'm only talking about m0-2 experiences.

Shaft Hornet works in medium to large maps, and does well if not a lot of people try to go for you, or your team isn't overrun. In those situations, it is absolutely fantastic. It is terrible in close - medium fights though, especially against medium - short range turrets like smoky. Even firebird wasps can kill me because I usually only have DD on, and I can't 1 shot with DD and no DA for them because of my m1.3 shaft. In long range fights, I constantly get 1 shot. Smoky critical hits, shaft, gauss, rail, magnum, maybe thunder at medium-close range. And no, being mobile doesn't help counter all of the above. There is a very obvious red line running across the entire map. Yes, I know the "hide your laser behind a rock trick", but it limits my FOV, and they can still see my tank. Being constantly knocked around by idiotic teammates and enemy knockback also don't help. Obviously no combo is perfect, I guess I'm just frustrated with the low health of hornet. Edit: About the speed up question, can someone answer that? Thanks.

The MUs are 50/50. I have 146k crystals atm. I'll MU hornet to 9/10 no speed ups, then Rico. Since it's 50/50, should I buy speedups too for Rico? Also, I feel like I need another m2 to go with hornet. Shaft hornet only works on big maps. Rico is garbage with hornet. On my old acc I loved using Thunder hornet or rail hornet. Perhaps that?

Gauss. I have played against an uranium m2 striker once. I don't know what the MU was, but it could 1 shot my dictator 2.1 with 1 rocket with DD. Gauss' silent lock on is annoying as hell, and damn strong too. I hate gauss in general. When I play it though, that silent lock on is really satisfying, especially in red team assault where blue clump up.

If you only take the shape and stats, I have to agree that Shaft is best with Dictator. But I'm taking the overdrive into consideration, which means...it's not as good compared to the other medium hulls. I don't like dictator because: - IMO it's awkward and ugly - Overdrive doesn't add anything "different" if you get what I mean, it just drugs and freezes. And for shaft, it's mostly a heavy need for DD, sometimes the other drugs but not really. The other drugs are mostly wasted, unless you use it when you get ambushed. As for the overdrive helping teammates, yeah its cool when you group with a friend, but honestly, I feel like hunter and viking ODs benefit the team more. I wish you could see what percentage of OD teammates are on. Would make communication much easier, such as knowing who should take the nuclear box. I'm probably still going for my original plan, of getting Rico m3 and chiropractor. Also, I have hornet m1 at 8/10, which I'll max over the sales, and Freeze m1 at 6/10. Should I bother upgrading it to m2? Edit: When with rico, dictator is great at spawn camping when the team is on a roll, since the supplies refresh for the entire team. Otherwise, hunter and viking are probably better imo.

MUing with no speed ups and no sales from rico m2 to m3 is 238,600 crystals. MUing with 50/70 sales and with speed ups is 262,460 crystals. There is a difference. Also, even if they cost the same, why not just start MUing now without speedups? Also, I won't MU dictator since I don't like the hull as much as Hunter or Viking. I'll get Chiropractor, MU hunter to m3, then shaft, so I have two turrets and hunter at m3.
-
Should I save for the Chiropractor kit, or MU my Rico to m3? And if I do MU my Rico, should I wait for sales? Each Microupgrade will take years.
-
I noticed the Boar kit was in the garage so I bought it. Couldn't resist. I still have 40k crystals so I'll be able to get Chiropractor by the time I reach Second Lieutenant.

I heard its great for supporting, but from my experience in MM, no one cares about the healing. Maybe it is different in pro battles as mendark27 says, I don't buy the pass. Why not Bertha? You said Bertha was one of the kits beneficial to you, and it also has mammoth. Not trying to change your mind, just wondering why. Edit: post repeated

My dilemma here is not that which one is better, but for entertainment. If Chiropractor unlocked at the same rank as Juggler, hands down I would get Chiropractor. Your arguments have convinced me. The problem is that I don't know if I will be playing tanki long term, as it is a p2w game most of the time, while I'm f2p. I don't know if I should wait for Chiropractor or just buy juggler and have fun. I might quit before reaching second lieutenant.

Oops, I posted it twice. It said it had an error, my bad. Oops, I misinterpreted your message. I would still say Bertha kit, but if you insist on a wasp kit, I would have choose the Ant kit. I enjoy Isida because I can heal people and thats always satisfying. It also has some insane damage in my experience, while freeze just... isn't as fun. It would depend on your personal choice. If you don't know too, then just base the choice off the module, and which one protects against a more common turret. If they are still equal, then check the price. If you don't care about the price, get the cooler paint. :P The two m3 things: Magnum, and Falcon/Panther module. If you don't want magnum, then take the Falcon and Panther modules, as I think those are more common. You have the experience in the m3-4 field so it's up to you. I can only suggest which perspective to look at it. I typed this as fast as I could so forgive me if there are some mistakes. gl hf

The only turrets you need(I'm assuming you have your main ones like Shaft and Rico at m4) are striker, freeze, isida, twins, and magnum. The only hull you need is mammoth(I'm assuming you don't want wasp because of the rejection of the Ant and Boreas kit). The only kits that have mammoth and a turret you don't have at m3 are Bertha, and Destroyer. You rejected Bertha. I believe you must have come to the same conclusion as me, with all the above information, that your best choice would be destroyer. I am also assuming all your m3 modules are at m4, if not, ignore my below module suggestions and MU those to m4. Imo, you shouldn't get any other turrets out of a kit too right now, because your m3 turrets cover all ranges and are very flexible. Suggestion 1: Bertha kit, Falcon and Panther Modules. Personally, I enjoy magnum a lot more than twins, because of all the damage numbers that pop up when a shot lands into the enemy team. I use my m0.4 magnum in assault(red team) occasionally just because of how satisfying it is. You can camp with viking or a heavy hull, which is what I do when I use magnum. Viking OD + Magnum + DD + cluster of blue team = giant ass numbers I know you consider Viking OD cheap, so you can also pair it with mammoth or hunter to destroy any tank that comes your way. If you don't like to camp as red team on assault, pair it with hunter or hornet for more flexibility and better close range combat. The hunter OD allows you to stall for another shot, while the hornet OD allows you to 1 shot pretty much anyone with DD. I have never played at a rank where there are consistent m3 and m4s, but I usually hear that rail and twins are popular up there, so I would recommend the Falcon(rail) and Panther(Twins) modules. The Griffin module that comes with the kit would probably allow you to survive one magnum shot(with DD and no DA, or DD and hornet overdrive), which is a big deal because of the long reload time. I'm guessing there aren't a lot of Griffin modules, so your magnum can probably 1 shot just about everyone. I don't know which alteration or none is best for magnum, but I really want to try the mortar alteration as it would make simply moving difficult for the enemy team. Pair it with an offensive from your teammates and they might run over the mines. Mines can also block chokepoints, which would be really good on some maps. The explosion damage + mine can compensate for the -15%(or is it 25%?) damage from the alteration. Suggestion 2: Destroyer kit, Falcon module and another module, depending on which is more common. This would be my second choice, since magnum is awesome. You probably considered this already, and I already explained the falcon module, so I'm done here. glhf

I would say twins is better at attacking and getting the flag(with stable plasma alt), while smoky is a midfielder. If freeze is your only m2, I would choose smoky as it is mid-long range, while twins is mid - short range. Smoky would allow you to be effective in large maps too.

I somewhat know how long it'll take to get to Major-General, because my old acc was at Brigadier. Also, why did you mention Major General? No kits are unlocked at that rank, Hammer, Viking, Rico, Hunter, and Shaft aren't unlocked at that rank either. Did you mean Major, when Shaft m2 is unlocked? I think I will get Juggler, then shaft separately, since Juggler unlocks first and I don't know if I will be playing tanki long term. I agree that I shouldn't be planning for m3 kits so soon too lol. Thanks for the advice!

What if I get Juggler, then Centaur, instead of Chiropractor then Rico? Edit: The pitbull kit is also pretty cool, and I play hammer. Perhaps that?

Hey guys, I'm nearly at WO5, and I have 139k crystals. I don't really want dictator kits, and after reading previous posts, I have come to the conclusion of either Juggler or Chiropractor kit. I want to try hunter, mostly because of the overdrive and how unstable viking is. I have more experience with Rico both on my old account 123tim456, which got hacked and banned, but I use shaft occasionally and do enjoy it, especially with hornet because of the overdrive. I have both SBE and MFS alterations. So, Chiropractor or Juggler? Chiropractor unlocks at 2nd lieutenant, while Juggler unlocks at first. Thanks in advance.
