I can understand why this change was added, as it is a business. I also believe everyone's concern lies not in the fact that the alteration is exclusive, but what will happen if Tank continues down this path. Almost certainly, some future alterations will become exclusive. Although I strongly doubt this, it could lead to turrets or hulls becoming exclusive, and that would become quite a big issue.

You want intercept to buy more combos? That is going to be a total of 4 hulls and 4 turrets, which is impossible to maintain as a f2p. (I’m still assuming intercept is an f2p, as he didn’t say no.)

Fair enough, my bad. Due to your previous points, I assumed you believed mammoth was not UP. If that is the case though, you need to address my aforementioned points ._.

You assume no one in the dome has their OD. You have not addressed my point of corpses blocking its way. You have not addressed my point of hornet and hunter doing it’s job, but better. We are still discussing short maps, so even if your argument is triumphant, mammoth is still useless on larger maps.

1. Mammoth needs to get close and not die. 2. The corpses of the tanks will block the way. 3. Hornet and hunter do a better job. There is a reason why mammoth is so rarely seen.

Even so, a Titan dome on a smaller map just gives full control over the map, such as in sandbox. Why get two kills when your team can spawn camp?

The new Vulcan sound is cool and all, but I’d rather hear twins with a brick on the space bar.

Not bothered to quote. In my experience, Hornets are not the most popular, Vikings are. It ranks in the second tier of popularity for me, being hunter, hornet, and Titan. I get that @TheCongoSpider‘s gripe is about Diesel’s exaggeration. Just stating my experience.

True, but hornet invalidates the protection module consistently, making it lose value. That's why hornet is played with long range turrets. It reduces the chance of dying significantly. In addition, if everyone has a protection module against you just because you are a hornet, that is one less against your team, unless your team is made up of 8 magnums. If you need to equip a protection module against a hornet user because you don't want them getting overdrive charge, that is a problem. Do you equip a module just because someone is using hunter and you don't want to give them overdrive charge? What about titan? Modules should be equipped based on how common a turret is within a match, or based on the best players on the enemy team. Not based on a hull. That is a problem with railgun's alteration and stock railgun being unbalanced. Where do I stand? Hornet OD is OP, but not to the point where they render modules completely useless, just much less effective. It still needs to be nerfed. It is viking's OD, but less risky, has a longer duration, has wall hacks, and charges faster.

Freeze is crap right now. As wolverine said, hornet OD works the best with long range turrets. Try it with rail, magnum, shaft with LC, or gauss instead. Broken.

They wait for that moment when no one has domes, and destroy everyone. Dictator being so common helps. Not as devastating as hornet though, as hornet's OD is much more reliable. The long duration means you can't really mess up.

I have been hunter Oded 7 times in a game lol. Not gonna mention the solo viking ODs that game too. Hunter OD is not OP. Please, everyone. At least you have a chance.

When are Gauss alterations being released?

For me, the 2 main types of players in Siege are hornets and titans. Hornet OD clears the point, Titan OD caps the point. Another common tank is dictator because of the overdrive, although not as annoying.

When you spray something and it has knock back, thats really weird. Also, that won't require skill because you don't need to aim for knock back with a spraying turret.
