Yep, that's the Clan system, which is already in the game but currently being tested. Watch the latest V-LOG for details.

Sorry I don't understand your question. If think you are asking me whether we're planning on having gift cards for Russian territories. I've asked our Payments Manager and she tells me that as far as she knows, gift cards services (like PayGarden or Openbucks) are not available in Russia at all.

We use PayGarden as a payment service provider, which means, you pay PayGarden, they forward us the payment and details (after taking their cut obviously) and then we forward you the items. The payment cancellation was on their end, so you'll need to discuss this with them. However, I'll also speak with our payments manager to see what she can find out.

You can create a PRO Battle with default settings, which essentially makes it a regular battle.
