I am really curious how Smoky's upcoming rework will affect its augments, I'm certain it will have a lot of impact on the usage and popularity of the turret and augments

Opera heeft de instelling dat je de browser kan besturen met je muis, zijn een soort van short-keys waardoor je sneller tabs kunt openen/sluiten, bladeren etc. Als je mouse-controls gebruikt, zorg er dan voor dat deze instelling uitstaat in Opera-instellingen. Probeer ook te experimenteren met welke locatie (instellingen van VPN) je selecteert. Heb vandaag weer op Opera gespeeld, ik vind het goed werken dusver. Hoop dat hij het ook doet volgend jaar

begrijpelijk echter kan je nog steeds spelen als je een VPN aanschaft of Opera downloadt. Goede VPNs kosten inderdaad geld, maar er zijn ook gratis VPNs beschikbaar. Sommige van deze zijn niet altijd betrouwbaar, dus je moet even kijken welke je denkt te willen gebruiken. Opera is een browser met ingebouwde VPN/proxy, moet je inderdaad eerste activeren maar is minimale moeite. Hoe goed Opera functioneert is niet heel zeker, dus dat moet je even testen

@cyborg11b Activeer je VPN in de browser. Ga naar instellingen/settings in het linker menu (of rechs van de taakbalk), zoek naar 'VPN' en zet deze aan. Als het goed is zie je links van je taakbalk de button [VPN], wanneer deze blauw kleurt staat hij aan. Ik heb wel gemerkt dat Tanki Online relatief trager werkt, ook kan je niet je rechter muisknop gebruiken (als je met mouse-controls speelt). Ben er zelf niet helemaal tevreden mee. Ik ga het komende dagen nog wat vaker testen om te kijken wat ik er echt van vind

Hopper with Crisis appears to be overpowered, with the boosted speed these players can literally fly across the entire map. Defender-users are also an incredible pain to deal with: 30 seconds boosted armor is unnecessarily overpowered; especially when you take into account that Defender-users can cycle through their supplies - decreasing the smart cooldown on double armor - enabling them to keep this effect indefinitely. Vulcan w/ Incendiary Band + Heat Immunity is literally an exploit and shouldn't be able to exist in the very first place. Electromagnetic Salvo for Gauss is also incredibly unbalanced. Everyone knows what it does. One can say that players can counter these by buying Heat/Stun/EMP-immunity, but for regular players this is near impossible since you will need to save coins for years or be incredibly lucky with container openings. I can be considered a hypocrite because I actively use EM-salvo, Hopper and am able to abuse Vulcan w/ Incendiary Band since I also own Heat-Immunity - nonetheless, I do agree that these items should definitely be nerfed and/or patched EDIT: I would commit a crime to nerf Autocannon to the ground

There is no way to 'avoid' the discontinuation unfortunately. If you want to continue playing, you can consider using a VPN. You will have to look into this some more if you are interested. As you are Dutch (I assume), you may be interested in the Dutch sub-forum where we discuss this situation as well

You have lots of things to aim for on your account. For example, go get your favorite tank to Mk7 and max it out, expand your garage, try out new things etc. No need to fill the void with containers, they are not a reliable basis to grow your account. As I have maxed out most of my stuff and have a powerful garage, my main objective is to upgrade my modules to 50%. Additionally, I may micro-upgrade some other Mk7-items - I do not care too much about the turrets and hulls I do not have right now and I am not planning on buying those for a long time. For me, containers are somewhat excited because I like the surprise element behind it and I have got astounding loot from it.

Players are still able to drop gold boxes in parkour-battles, depending on the battle's settings as features such as gold-boxes can be disabled. Nowadays, many players turn off this function as it can disturb parkour, so you will have to check if the battle you want to join has these settings included. Even so, you can make another parkour-battle if you want to drop golds regardless

I have seen such players - high-ranked with a low GS -in battles quite regularly too. However, I have checked the profile of some of these tankers that I encountered recently and to my surprise these players do have equipment that matches the upgrade-level of their rank (Mk6s/Mk7s), yet they refuse to play with it therefore 'deliberately' disturbing the gameplay of fellow tankers. This does not include special gamemodes or missions per se (earn 10K exp with Hornet etc.). I have not remembered some of these nicknames nor did I write them down. If I encounter such player again, I will be taking screenshots of both the battle and the player's profile

probability is the measurement of how likely something is to happen. Although it can be assured that each rarity has a certain fixed (and unknown) percentage of appearing, the actual chance that a container is going to give you the wanted item cannot be influenced. Hence, the successulness of container openings is based on luck. Generally, loot-items in games (containers in Tanki) are related to probabilities: chances determine whether a player wins a certain prize or not. As there is a chance-element involved, the purchase of containers is strongly connected to and based on the concept gambling - this is also the reason why the game can no longer be accessed by Dutch and Belgian players, because gambling is illegal in these countries

Decrease sniping damage by 50% v increase reload time v decrease time of supply-reset to 3 sec or severly decrease splash radius or remove it entirely. I have been playing with EM-salvo for a while and I can only consider it overpowered, no debate - its stat-changes literally make no sense at all too. There are plenty of ways to nerf this augment and it disturbs me that nothing is done to rework this augment.

I am using the browser Opera. It appears to work fine: I can enter the shop, even though it should have been cancelled as of today. Should I inform tech-support about this as well?

Niet per se. Ik heb vanmiddag Opera gedownload - dat is een browser met ingebouwde VPN/proxy - en met een alt account getest hoe het spel werkt. De shop is met ingang van vandaag geblokkeerd voor Nederlandse en Belgische IP-adressen; met deze browser heb ik wel toegang tot deze. Dat is een lichtpunt. Ik hoop dat ik dmv Opera het spel kan blijven spelen volgend jaar. Een andere optie is het downloaden van een alternatieve gratis VPN

Does Tanki support the usage of VPNs and/or proxies? Do I need to contact tech support if I choose to use such service to prevent possible ban; as I do not have a fixed IP-address anymore it may appear that my account is being shared (violating the game's rules). EDIT: I am still a newbie when it comes to technology/programs etc., so this may be a stupid question - yet I want to be sure of the actions I am undertaking
