  1. Dictator GT looks amazing. Kinda resembles a beach buggy. Some buggies are also used as military vehicles, having attached a weapon onto it. So it is somewhat fitting as well.

    Totally forgot to share my own thoughts about this TankiFund. I find it utter nonsense. This fund is nothing but a Pulsar manifesto. Previous funds were interesting because they included unique augments that altered the mechanics and statistics of turrets: they were more creative and worth getting as they allowed for a different game play experience. Understandable that developers want to complete the Pulsar-line for all turrets, but there are plenty of alternative ways to introduce those instead of pushing them into one fund. Also, most of the items in this fund have already been introduced recently, e.g.: Firebird LC, Isida LC, Hammer LC, Pulsar for Firebird and Hammer; and obviously the additional module slot, Crisis, Hyperion and Armadillo. Of course, not all the rewards are relevant for late-game players and are mainly oriented to players that do not have that much progression in this game yet (mainly the drones and modules), but then at least include items that make the fund worth for higher-ranked players too. I won't elaborate on the skins, because this is a personal opinion: I use none of the included weapons. It would've been lots better to include skin containers, like previously, because then players are guaranteed something that they do not have yet. Freeze SE, Railgun GT and Dictator GT are nice and unique additions, though.

  10. @Marcus You should specify if these adjustions are for Vulcan or for the augment Shooting Speed Regulator. The lack of bullet spacing makes it confusing to understand what is going on here.

    I have a complaint about the Harpoon augment for Magnum. It is an elaborative comment hence I did not post it under the already existing discussion topic of Magnum. Harpoon was added years ago, to reintroduce an old version of the back-then notorious Reinforced Gun Carriage, lowering its barrel angle to 3° which was supposed to make it more effective at closer ranges - as it did. After a small rework of Magnum (changing its angle of 12° at the time to 8° and decreasing its projectile gravitation), Harpoon got its mechanics changed accordingly, bringing its elevation down to 0° and reducing the gravitation even more. This completely changed how the augment works, but months later its elevation got changed to 1° which impacted Harpoon even more. This was months ago (or even longer, cannot recall), but I have just started to notice how incredibly awkward and difficult it is to use Harpoon. First off, the elevation of the turret (1°) has been an incredibly strange choice: it is too low to attack targets from afar but too high to properly aim at tanks closeup. The increased amplification time makes it even harder to adjust your shots to targets at close distances. When in rest, hitting enemies is much more difficult than default Magnum. It is therefore often suggested to tilt your tank a bit by driving/hovering forward and backward, but any small movement will drastically impact the projectile's trajectory making this a very unreliable and inconsistent method. Its small splash radius promotes direct hits, but as concluded above this is literally undoable. The longer reload makes for an additional penalty when missing a shot, putting even more salt in the users’ wound. Not to say that the no-damage bug still exists, after all those years. I don't care if this bug is hard to overcome, it is annoying as hell and makes gameplay horrible. This is not an exaggeration. I have hundreds of hours with this turret - it being the second most used weapon on this account - and I notice that this is a direct downgrade in any aspect possible. If I were to change things, I’d suggest to 1) alter the elevation of the barrel back to it being completely flat (0°) so that it functions “like any other turret", as mentioned in the augment's description, 2) change it into a completely different augment altogether, or 3) remove it from the garage and compensate owners with a small amount of crystals or a container. Right now, there is basically no reason to use Harpoon other than for the sake of variety of gameplay. Sad, but mostly crooked, since dozens of augments are being released at factory efficiency while already existing ones are neglected and put in the shadows. I am not overexaggerating here either, because Harpoon has never been added to any container pool so far.
  17. One slight pro of the current status effects is that they are overall consistent regarding functionality. Your suggestions seem a bit too random and infrequent to get a proper idea of them. I would love status effects to be removed partially or entirely, I can agree with you on that. But then I would prefer to have status augments deleted completely.
  18. Hull augment is most likely universal immunity. Or an entirely new thing he is testing. Did you try other status augments against him?

    You mean you get disappointed when you get a paint because you would've preferred something else like an augment? For me, augments and gear items are more important to me than simple cosmetics (excl. skins). It is too bad that paints lost their value years ago, both due to the enormous number of them and their insignificance in comparison to skins. However, there are some paints I still like alot. I usually go with Steak and Kapuljat because of the theme of this account. I recently got the Feathers paint, which I wanted to have for years. A paint I would still really like is Badger Badger because of its colour palette and the backstory of the paint

    I don't think that reason was invalid - if you look very closely you can see some subtle differences between the old TO and TO2.0 - but it definitely had to do with the game being way too demanding (quality of graphics and props is somewhat higher than the old TO, as you might be able to see on above images). Not to say that browser games are easier to gain access to and play than games that need to be downloaded and installed. Jokes aside, TO2.0 looked amazing and I was really hoping for its finalisation and release. I can even remember the M0/1/2/3 skins of all turrets and hulls - those were just on another level...
