  4. Does the current sum display modules from allies? That doesn't make sense
  5. I still have to adapt to the new turert/module icons, so having them in the current order (melee - short - mid - long) helps me identifying these icons a bit. Having the protection modules sorted by frequency is somewhat logical, but then I will have to figure out which weapon is which icon.
  6. I was a bit sceptical about the new augment icons, but scrolling through the TankiWiki most of the icons are not that bad. I do have some remarks on some augments, though.     Seems like a good trade-off for the turret: high damage output at the cost of long aiming time and focus. You could potentially increase base damage or damage increase per second/tick to make it more balanced

    That would help, but a max damage was not suggested here. OP implied that damage would continuously increase. I think unlimited damage increase would be most interesting to see, but only while having your aim focus onto a target.

    Personally the DM modes are really enjoyable, whenever there is an event going on I often play quite some DM matches. Having a different gamemode introduced (such as racing, as you suggested) would be nice too, I don't mind something else for a change. If this is mostly about the extra gold drops, then I think there is a different problem going on here instead. Temporary solution: go for kills instead and aim for clustered tanks, most gold fanboys use Hopper so it should not be too hard to get some battle score out of them.

    Cool concept, I had thought of something similar in the past. The mechanic of a laser-gun opens up the possibility to make a turret that can be used at all ranges. The concept of "reward for not missing" may make it more feasible at certain ranges, but specific augments could increase its effectiveness at other ranges (slower/faster turning speed; target detection). Dealing increasing damage or having a fixed damage-output could make for interesting augment as well
  12. With that logic every drone in the game should be vulnerable to Jammer or EMP. I would suggest to classify this drone as a passive drone, like Brutus and Hyperion, so that its mechanics are not eliminated by Jammer.
  13. Forum has been less active for over a year, nothing recent. Nowadays most discussions and conversations take place on Discord, the platform got even more popular during the COVID outbreaks when everyone would meet up online. The player base being smaller doesn't help either. I'm not in the TO Discord, too many people and too many functions and features I don't care about
  14. Agree on Shaft AP: it needed status infliction on critical hits for it to be practically useful (AP arcade + scope shot). Plus now it is more consistent with other status augments. Disagree on Tornado. Its reduced firing rate in salvo-mode and ridiculous reload allows for usability at close range (see video), not to say that it deals an unnecessarily high amount of damage in such short time and deals splash damage. Taking all these statistical changes into account, a 25% delay in arcade shots means absolutely nothing. I have never seen something this broken damage-wise.
  15. Well by introducing Pulsar to UT containers it means that they will become less rare. And we all know what happens to an augment after it has become available to the entire playerbase. Secretly hoping for some nerf in the near future, especially Twins Pulsar
  16. I kinda liked this idea too. It will make countering a Pulsar-user more durable and less difficult to deal with. Though Pulsar augments will need a slight buff in critical rate because of the severe nerf of applied status effects. I also think that most players who spent money into obtaining any Pulsar will be furious, because it will transform into a very different augment all of a sudden. Also your idea made me think of this:
  17. I agree with what Maf says about Ares. I would suggest to decrease the rate of its OD charge and/or decrease effect radius, because I do think BFG is (too) strong. I regularly play with Mammoth and I am overall content with its performance. Regarding movement and maneuverability it is not lacking behind Titan (and vice versa) and AT-field (Mammoth's OD) is an incredibly strong and versatile OD, especially when paired with Trickster of Crisis. Jack-in-the-box effect could backfire depending on the situation. Plus Mammoth's slow speed does limit the possibilities of its OD, but again its usefulness depends on the situation you are in. I do not think it is bad let alone needs a buff. Note that AT-field is one of the only counters against Pulsar (the other being Paladin's OD and/or the Polariser effect as a whole). In today's META where Pulsar augments are not uncommon, Mammoth can be a very powerful force. About Titan, I cannot make any claims since I never use the hull. Its OD proves to be very effective in defending a point/territory and the healing feature makes it beneficial for nearby allies as well. AP can easily undo this effect, however, so it does have a major weakness in that regard. But overall, I don't think the hull is heavily underpowered: just niche in its classification.
  18. Unless you have a construction lamp aimed at your screen, visibility is overall acceptable. Most of the maps I play on are either daytime or sunset, I do not get to see a lot of night time maps. Not that other experiences are invalid, my first sentence was merely sarcasm, perhaps you can suggest to make night maps brighter in the Ideas & Suggestions section.

    You are likely to get a ban if you swear in chat, post too many messages after one another, provoke arguments or spam characters like "!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" or "FFFFFFFF". Both written and unwritten rules. If you do not do either of those then you should be fine. If you firmly disagree with your ban - you should be honest and objective to yourself first, were my reaction and action truly reasonable and fair - you could contact a chat administrator. I got a few chat warnings/bans in the past, but then I was aware it was because of above reasons. EDIT: so yes, in short, I think most bans are justified. You seem to be a bit skeptical I think, what were your experiences?

    Do you own the Ricochet turret? If you do not have a turret in your garage, you cannot see its cosmetics and augments
  22. Brutus' supply increase has significant effect on your performance in battle. Overall it is best to use a maxed Brutus than a drone that's only half upgraded, because supplies have become a crucial aspect of the game and a half-upgraded Trickster or Booster won't help you out in any case. You may not have additional stat boosts or special abilities like the other drones provide, but Brutus has its niches that makes it unique and viable on its own. It consumes no batteries - you will see that this will become an issue when using any other drone - and it's incredibly cheap as it costs only 300K crystals to upgrade. That being said, it's easily affordable for most players (300K really is not much in today's economy, let alone 150K during a 50% sale) so many people are likely to have one. And since it is merely a starter drone you should really look at upgrading other drones once you're reaching the higher ranks.

    In the very early days, Shaft used to be twice the length of a Wasp. After its temporary removal from the game and rework it got a size that was more coherent with the measurements of other turrets. More than ten years later, however, we got this huge abomination that people call Scorpion. Wouldn't say that Shaft is small (I don't mind if it gets bigger), but the size of Scorpion is just obnoxious. Same goes for Tesla.
  24. For a complaint about a chat moderator you should contact the corresponding chat administrators (see link). If you have an actual complaint about a chat administrator, you should contact one of the head administrators or the community manager. There is a section on the forum with all helpers' positions and corresponding helpers and administrators. Best is to have a look at that first if you have further questions.
