  1. The reason ideas from TX are not accepted is because if they have been implemented there, the devs have already considered them / are considering them for TO.

    Ideas for Turrets!

No turret in the game resembles an assault rifle. I think it's best to keep it that way.

    An insight into toxic updates

I have no idea how and why you think MM requires less maintenance than the old system.
  4. I held on to the rather naive notion that Magnum would eventually be nerfed, and that for some time the reason this hadn't happened was because other things had priority. But now seeing balance changes done to other turrets without any mention of Magnum, it seems that unfortunately, the devs couldn't care less. Phenomenal. Thunder's effectiveness is dramatically inhibited by protection modules. Thunder protection used to be (and still is) among the most common protections found at higher ranks.

Rail should be buffed because other turrets outplayed you and you didn't hit the shot?

    Ideas for Game Modes!

This is an oversimplification of the problem. On some maps red team has an advantage, on some maps blue. ASL needs specific tweaks on each individual map.
  7. Batteries, like drugs, are not things you purchase with crystals. You also lose crystals if you use a lot of drugs in battle. But it doesn't matter since you get so many through missions, containers, etc. Batteries are harder to come by than supplies currently, sure, but as time passes I think they will be more common.

Is TankiX going to replace TankiOnline?

If TX is dead it was born stillborn.
  9. This is a fancy way of saying "I hate drugs." You may hate drugs as a mechanic. I dislike them too. But they are easily obtainable for all players. So using the term "drugger" is somewhat strange given that basically everyone has easy access to supplies now.

Welcome to TX lol. It seems Alternativa has a talent for making horrible matchmakers. At least in TX they are promising to fix it . . . for months now.

Flag defense is just as important. Unlike in TO, you will certainly lose if you don't try to defend / cap the flag. This is true; the removal of casual mode or whatever it was called was a serious oversight.

Sounds a lot like TO. I like TX a lot more than TO. For one, it is more balanced, even with the horrible matchmaking. Two, modules are a great concept and allow for interesting strategies and facilitate quite a few gameplay styles. Three, the game is more competitive. You have to play the objective or you lose rep. Being a midfielder / kill-farmer is much less rewarding than in TO, and it should be that way. Fourth, the game has a much more pronounced meta than TO, and it changes based on balance changes. TO has no meta, because drugs are the meta. If you've played 15 battles you've played mostly against bots and neither you nor your enemies have a full set of modules yet. I can understand how it seems boring from this point of view.

    Science

No, I'm saying that the people who argue with flat-earthers tend to use the same dodgy logic that they do.

    Science

This is all true. But my point was that despite oodles of evidence people who argue with flat-earthers rarely present it in a convincing and logical fashion. Sometimes it is fun to pretend to be a flat-earther and see how easily it is to refute weak arguments built on substantial evidence.

    Science

The reason, I feel, that such drawn out arguments take place is because neither side has a strong conceptual framework to build their argument around. People who can actually properly argue about science tend not to engage in such conversations.

Is TankiX going to replace TankiOnline?

Apparently one judges a game by graphics and interface. There is more to the game. Mechanics and balance is better and more interesting than that of TO.

Is TankiX going to replace TankiOnline?

No. It would make sense if you asked this question a few years ago, in 2015, but now it's just silly to ask.

    "Let's be Tanki Friends" Event

Battle length is 10 minutes. Yes, you can get the whole domination thing going, but 10 mins is the max. A simple conversion of ranks and equipment into TX would not work. Ranks in TX are worthless in the sense that they don't unlock anything past the first few and the equipment system is completely different. There is no M0 M1 M2 M3 M4 there.
  20. Sandal changes are basically to reduce spawncamping. We'll see if the ability to camp from spawn is / will be a problem.

    "Let's be Tanki Friends" Event

Download time depends on your internet connection, and Tanki X website says you need 2 GB of space minimum. That said, for me it takes up only about 1 GB, although perhaps there are some other files scattered about across my system. One battle lasts 10 minutes + 1 minute warmup, so 5 battles will mean about an hour of playtime. Altogether I think the whole business will take no more than 2 hrs, although again, I don't know how good your internet connection is.

    Which requires more skill? (poll)

There are differences between players, yes. But in Tanki far too much depends on your equipment level / how much you drug / your protection modules. It's rarely an even playing field. Besides imbalances such as M2s vs M3s, 20% protection vs 40% protection, TO is pretty poorly balanced in general. We have things like Magnum and High-Caliber Rail and Ricochet and Twins against things such as Vulcan, Striker(?), Thunder, etc.

    Biggest Druggers

I don't think Tanki has ever said that.

    Which requires more skill? (poll)

High-caliber Railgun and Magnum both require little "skill" to use. Standard Railgun is a bit more challenging.

    Massacre? Strategy? There is none.
