It's literally just a box with a raised platform in the middle, what makes it so great?

I don't know. I switched to a different computer + client and practically all the glitches and bugs I encountered disappeared. No crashes, no skyboxes and parachutes disappearing, no critical errors, no-damage bug was gone, performance was fine.

Right, you need double armor enabled practically at all times to not get instantly one-shotted. Does this seem fair and balanced? You at least have time to react against Thunder, Smoky, even Magnum, etc, and they also have finite range and damage dropoff (except Magnum). With Railgun, forget it. High caliber Rail is massive cancer once it is unlocked. I know on paper this doesn't seem like much, but in battle . . . if there are two or more it's worse than Magnum sometimes.

Debatable. I strongly disagree. You're on a cooldown too. DD lasts 30 seconds and has a 30 seconds cooldown. 30 seconds of continuous one-shot kills, 30 seconds of normal effectiveness. I can't help but feel you've never played against guys with the high caliber alteration and drugs, they ruin games. Like I said before somewhere: if there is a Railgun in the game and you are not using a heavy hull, you have to constantly use DA if you don't want to get one-shotted from across the map. Any half-way competent Railgun player (and incompetent ones too) is using high caliber now, it's been 2 years, everyone who wanted it has bought it. Drugs are relevant to this discussion, because they are ingrained in the game meta now. The problem I have with Railgun is the one-shot ability. It's not like Shaft, where you have to expose yourself for a few seconds to get a kill, with Railgun you can poke out for a fraction of a second. It takes 0 skill to play and is a massive pain to fight against. Thunder has a very small chance of one-shotting lights. Railgun consistently one-shots meds of its own modification, and can one-shot meds even of the next modification.

It is a valid point, since if there is a Railgun in the battle, you have to have double armor on at all times if you don't want to get one-shotted. And even if the supplies cancel out, you get half of you HP taken off in one shot. Railgun with alterations (majority of serious Railgun players) is a massive pain to fight and takes absolutely 0 game sense or skill to play.

Suppose there are parallels between TO and real life. In that case TO is an extremely shallow and worthless imitation of reality.

What Thunder cannot do is one-shot mediums. That makes it weaker than Railgun in my book.

Pony Tail Boy and the Devs, sounds like a great band name. I have mixed feelings about the game. I didn't play for perhaps 2 months, and though this time I was done with the game for good (previously I didn't play for about half a year), but War brought me back, if for a short time. The game has improved in the short term, but not in the long term. I used to think TO was P2W. In the low ranks, it still is, but beyond that, the P2W element has seriously diminished. In this sense the game has improved. After a half-baked battle selection system (era of the Battle button) MM is an improvement, despite the rough start. I still think it needs work though, and hope the devs continue to improve it. What has really gone downhill is the game balance. Problems started in the 2016 rebalance, and things have only gotten worse. Magnum, Twins, Ricochet, Railgun, and most recently Freeze are stupid OP (in that order) and are used by everyone while Vulcan, Hammer, and Striker are rare. Alterations seriously ruined game balance, some being pretty much direct upgrades to stock. Class distinctions are practically non-existent. Overdrive is a frustrating that creates lop-sided battles. Many maps were changed for the worse. ASL is often unplayable. The list goes on.

Right, but little of that has to do with how many supplies he or she has.
-
Yeah, ability to one-shot five out of seven hulls in the game by pressing 3 key is real weak.
-
I don't think TO would do very well in the console market. I strongly disagree with your notion that console has a larger audience; it doesn't. Many people have a PC, whether they use it for gaming purposes or not, but not everyone has a platform specifically for games. As for mobile, maybe it has potential, but it would be foolish to place all hope in it and forget about the PC version. Browser / client TO is the main platform after all.

The screenshot that I posted, which I took 10 minutes ago, shows 79 people. Not 50-60. The point is you exaggerate way too much to prove a point.
-
What is YOUR point? You said that the number of people online on the forum at any given time used to be 40-100, even though that is the case now.
-
I have over 2k of each . . . they clearly do.

Supplies are easily obtainable. You look at each individual source of supplies separately but do not consider them as one whole. Altogether they add up. Case in point: Nives, as a WO3 who made his account after the updates that made supplies easily obtainable and has not spent any money on the game, has more supplies and has used more supplies than I have as a Major General who made my account 3 years ago.

Assuming Sandbox had any good qualities to begin with . . . there isn't much to ruin.
-
You can, to an extent (see Newton's method), but the question is why? There are different methods more specifically tailored specifically for that purpose.
-
New Sandbox is an excuse to add a terrible map to the MM rotation. Please don't do it.

2x 125 mines 125 DD 5 golds
-
Hunter or Viking, buying Dictator solely for golds is a stupid idea.
-
Placing threads in a place where they are more accessible to the developers is childish and stupid I suppose. The TO community is somewhat peculiar - they like complaining, but they don't want their complaints to be heard.
-
In this past year alone we've gotten 2 new turrets and Juggernaut, what more do you want.
-
You know Tanki X has a forum too? I doubt you will get much help by posting here.
-
I suppose it's better to hide them in corners so the right people can't find them or read them.
