If I own a Cold Resistance Augment as well as a Cold Immunity Augment, will using the Cold Resistance Augment have any gameplay advantages over using the Cold Immunity Augment in any way? Or is Cold Resistance just a useless augment that serves as a trash can for players to dump 245,000 crystals into?

Thunder already had splash damage but we got like 3 or 4 more turrets with the same feature. If it truly were inferior, than everyone should've gotten the chance to try it out in an Arms Race match, as logically, an "inferior" turret like B0-NK should've had a hard time killing other enemies and thus the match would last longer, giving people more time to reach B0-NK. But no, its not inferior, as most Arms Race matches only have at most like 3 or 5 B0-NKs in them before the match ends. Balance changes are a thing....

Why? This is yet another turret with a unique mechanic that we could've gotten instead of augments. Why waste yet another turret idea? All I see that needs changed is the name.

Honestly, I don't care if we get thousands of cosmetic items added to the game, as long as they don't provide any direct gameplay benefits. It's a good source of income for developers and it lets players enjoy something new without making the game unfair.

Brutus sucks today. Doesn't even do anything really but act as a trash can for some of your crystals.

Yeah, you gotta pay for that now. Or be extremely lucky (while also grind the game a lot). It was done to make the infinite ammo feature more harder to use, so players won't go around the map just holding down the spacebar and shoot forever. It was needed to reduce the number of sabatages and unfair battles, but honestly it ruined the charm of what Tanki used to be. Soon, you'll need to pay for Premium Passes to create Pro Battles. At least joining a Pro Battle is free now. It was done because every game today seems to have a tendency to copy Fortnite's success. The game has gotten 5 times worse since you posted this topic. Only good thing is that we all get a free container every day now, and a free container from doing daily missions.

The 360 shot is more viable for B0-NK only gamemodes in my opinion. I tried it during the 2021 halloween gamemode (when it still used Viking) and I surprised enemies that were chasing me down from behind within close proximity (only time I ever found the game's radar minimap thing useful).

Still, the devs advertised that the game would work on older and cheaper devices back when they announced the mobile version release. I should sue for false advertising/comments.

Umm, no. My internet is amazing, I have played games that are way more beefier than Tanki on my PC and their framerate is fine. Tanki Mobile on the other hand, constantly lags. I get somewhere like 5-10 FPS on the app. I use an LG Aristo 4+

Actually it may work really well with turrets like Twins, Smoky, Thunder, as well as Railgun, Magnum, Gauss, and Striker. Twins reloading shots 50% faster effectively means a DPS increase of 50%. Same with every non-clip-based turret. But contrary to what you though.... Tesla and Shaft have no reload animation on the ammo bar on their normal shot, so maybe they would have normal firing rate for arcade shots? Because it technically measn their ammunition when using arcade mode is always ful so there is no need for a reload boost. And it is only the Lightning Ball and Sniper Modes that reload faster after being fired? I feel like there is a difference between "reload" and "firing rate". If a turret "reloads", you need to see the ammo bar refill over time, while "firing rate" is just how often the turret shoots regardless of the ammo bar. So Tesla/Shaft's arcade mode and Vulcan will mostly be unaffected by the drone if my definition was put into place. Hammer's shot reload will be unaffected but the clip reload will be boosted. Firebird, Freeze, Isida, and Ricochet will not have shots/ticks occur faster as they don't consume all ammunition in one shot, but they will have a higher damage output when running out of ammo as the reload boost helps recover the fuel needed for a single shot/tick faster than normal, so Ricochet especially would basically almost shoot constantly without the firing rate slowing down, but its overall firing rate would remain the same as normal because the shots of Ricochet don't depend on a portion of the ammo bar reloading - the turret simply consumes whatever ammo is left like Hammer does. And default Vulcan's spin-down time would become just as fast as Shooting Speed Regulator's time if the drone was equipped, and Tesla can fire lightning balls every 3.5 seconds while Shaft reloads sniping shots every 4.5 seconds, while Hammer basically has "infinite ammo" instead of having a true faster firing rate. Maybe, depends on how @Noob_001 defines it I guess, but that's my opinion.- 2,749 replies

No. Personally, I don't think any drone should consume supplies. The batteries thing is already a big enough problem for casual players who don't manage to earn as many supplies as those that grind or buy. Why pay 1 million crystals to upgrade a drone if there is a limited use duration AND you need to consume more supplies to fuel its effects???- 2,749 replies

There's no real incentive to using at least a third of the "augments" in the game lol. They're still technically "alterations" as the developers never really changed them to be outright more powerful to the base turret ever since the Augments update in 2020.

It is OP compared to the usual "cheap drones". But against the top-tier drones, I find it to be somewhat equal to things like Booster Using Booster as an example: A Booster player can wipe out someone using your drone idea simply because your drone requires at least 15 seconds of time to set up while a Booster player gains the effects of their drone simply with a tap of Double Damage. But if the player using your drone idea gets to set up all their supplies to activate the drone boost, they will become far stronger than a Booster user is, but for a shorter period of time and lack access to Repair Kits. So it is balanced against top drones, its OP against bottom-tier drones. @numericable

I think the drone needs a name change.... Only because most of the drones (except Crisis) are named after a "role". Like a Defender and a Mechanic, or a Lifeguard. I guess Limit Breaker can be it too since someone can break limits. Two word names for drones, for now at least, sounds a bit off though.

FunFact: Whenever you die, all projectiles lose any status effects associated with them. This is most noticeable with the double-damage status effect you get from the Double Damage supply. When you die before your projectile hits the enemy, the damage will go back to normal when hitting the enemy, instead of doing twice as much damage. I feel like it was an intended feature for all projectile effects.

Well, it does not make sense to cater to desires expressed from nearly a decade ago. If they wanted to remove silver plating from skins, they should've done it shortly after 2012, at most, after about a year or a couple. Pretty sure 90% of those players who hated the 2012 graphics update are long gone now.
