I think obviously yes. Our existing especially with the technology is very threatening for animals, this is why vegan exist. But be honest, do we wish to abort most of technology we have just for animals? Most of us don't think a bit about animals and all of the kindness is just for a house cat. In case of companies who take large areas and kill many species, what will make them care about animals? Company is searching for its profit, it have investors and no one want the company to waste any penny for a non-profitable thing. The same thing is applied for governments, why will they force companies or people for a better treatment with animals? All of what you see is about interests firstly. For me, no I don't want the technology go just because animals, if it doesn't touch me directly. I love science and be up to date with technology, don't want them to stop proceeding.

I haven't go to DE wiki, but through the information you give, I will say two things. First Mk2 is a minuscule thing IMO and you mostly will go over it quickly, the real station is in Mk8. I checked the range, and also shaft is superior in arcade range. The second thing I want to say, yes shaft seems superior, but in real you will use smoky with augments (at least cryo or incendiary) which is WAY superior than shaft arcades.

Long time from such a discussions, remember last days of them were before augments, now only the meta OP turrets are the best and in EVERY game mode. But generally to answer the question, supposedly: Viking Railgun is the best for Juggernaut. Hornet/Wasp are the best for capture modes (neglecting hopper). Firebird + (any hull) is the best for DM.

I know I may be the last one to talk, but Helios is just a laughable. Been in Juggernaut battle, and there was a Helios defender, give me no chance to kill the Juggernaut except when he dies. A direct ancestor of EMP Gauss.

First game to test play full mouse, good start. (Hornet-Hammer). Definitely I don't mean hovering cheats, because they're no challenging in with mouse, they just adjust the hull with turret ordinates to the point you indicate with your mouse.

I may be not the best one to talk about modules because I delayed it alot before I decide to upgrade some of them as Mk7. But I believe 4 protections against most annoying turrets is a very good thing to do. For me Tesla was incredibly OP so I quickly upgraded it to 43%. Shaft is always a pain for non-heavy hulls, whatever time nerf they did to it, so I upgrade its protection to 45%. Striker also (eventhough critical is annoying). And honestly most of the time I'm lazy to go to change protection -except if it was inevitable-, so I see 4 is very enough. And if something like Tesla was obviously going to be meta for some month, it just worth the upgrade the protection, even if with no sales.

I remember before a years people was saying you can refund your crystals if your little brother mess in your computer and bought something wrongly. But I think this is not the case anymore. In past years there was a direct button for asking a refund or reporting a wrong payment or non-received crystals, I clicked that button tens of times and filled a wrong info in the blanks.
