    i get that a lot. Fellow shaft here. I am also Mk8 fully loaded, but aparently what you experiance is "normal" due to augmentations, boosters and God knows what. It's the new TO which will die soon...

    True, you are correct. However I do wonder what view does the Gauss have. Still it is enough to point the turret over an area of interest and all the campers will pop up...

    One other complaint that is overdue, however it's sourse is still annoying. I don't play HTML5 becasue is slows down my computer, so I play flash, which doesnt provide some of the features HTML provides, such as silhouette of the enemy tank. As a flash player I often forget that my camouflage paint blending with the surrounding forest is as good as wearing an oragne paint and standing on top of a hill - everyting is visible. I cant hide, especially when I am a shaft. So, even if my team is outnumbered (which often happenst with even matchmaking) I am no longer able to use the surrounding terrain to my advantage. In HTML that is gone. My question is why did TO intruduced the silhouette vision - to help our kid players? Is everything going to be easier now, for the kiddies? The same with visulising where the flag is - it used to be more challenging to look for the runner is with the flag.

    Right, but in arcade the damage is much lower. I mean when I shoot in arcade the damage numbers are 123, 88, something like this. In snipe position the damage goes in to thousands. So even with augnemnts an arcade shot shouild not destroy a Legend 11, Titan hull Mk8 freshly respawed, such as I was.

    I tried to get them to explain to me how they calculate efficiency. Turns out it is a secret. All I've noticed is the worse I play the higher my efficiency gets...

    Thanks for keeping up the conversation. When I meant MK7, I did mean maximum gear, so I guesss that is a MK8. My GS is 9368 without the drone (9968 with). The tank was a shaft mounted on a hunter. All I am saying is this is one of the reasons the game is dying - through crazy augmentations and modifications and the pay to win mentality.

    I was killed by one shot in arcade mode by a shaft at close range. Should that have happened? Is that correct? At the time I was a titan tank MK7 with shaft turret. I have never been able to do the same as shaft. Please explain.

    Sacrifice, the HTML5 is not any better. In fact the opposite. I try not to play HTML because it loads so much longer than flash. The other thing - and I have mentioned this countless times to no reaction - there is a bug affecting shafts - in sniper mode it is impossible to get a good shot becasue the crosshairs do not move smoothely. I have shared this concern with other shafts, and they concur. The aim jumps at the last second when you want to shoot, so you really have to compensate on the aim. Play shaft yourself you'll see what I mean.

    This is a general complaint as the game is going down the tubes: Due to all the augmentations, alterations, other modifications the various tanks in play only pretend to be what they are but in fact they are not what they seem to be. Example - today a wasp looks like a light tank easily destructible, in fact it is a very fast heavy tank eqiupped with a super charged turret. Once players knew what to expect from other players - a heavy tank expected to kill a light tank easily, and a light tank expected to have a difficulty in killing a heavy tank. Once a player had to choose - a light, easy to kill tank, but really fast and useful in the game for various things; or a heavy tank that was clunky and slow, but durable. Something for something - with every advantade, there was a cost in an disadvantage - like in real life... Now, all this is all off-balance. This is the real weaknes of the game - anyone can be anything, quickly, without effort. Typical for the young players whom the game mostly caters to. Of course I wouldnt be myself if I wouldn't enumerate all the faults TO has accumulated: drones, overdrives, augmentaions, matchmaking (its entire philosophy and selection method), pay-to-win, disregard for palyers' opinions, dismissive attitude to players, bad support, constant errors, slow FPS, lagging, bugs. And these are just the general sins. The zero damage concept is legendary (a total disaster, that could require a separate entry). TO's income is declining, number of players is plummeting - proof of that can be found online. Tanki will soon share the fate of X-tanki, unless TO stops in its tracks, pulls back its "snappy" ideas and redefines its course. We don't expect TO not to make any money, or have its staff work for free. But you could go with advertising, you could use the billboards you have in the game to place real life adverts, you can have tickers, you can post ads in the garage, and you definately can reduce the pay-to-win and move towards the idea of "play-to-win". We all write these complaints not becasue we hate you, but exactly the oposite. We want you to succeed. However all that you are doing is making sure you will not pull this project much further. Do you really see 11 more years of this game? If this does not stop, I see two more years of Tanki, tops. Instead of listening to advice, you guys announce a new hull - a flying one. Can this be more foolish? Why then not introduce a new turret - the Katiusha; or heat-seaking missiles (no one needs to aim anymore); how about teleportation? TO - protect the future of your own employment and return to basics, make the game work smoothly, enjoyable to all.

    Now, how is that a smart modification to the game? Have you seen the numer of people playing? You all will be without a job soon. Why don't you get a flying tank... oh, wait, you've just done that! OK, how about GOD MODE, for 250 Euros? That should improve the game even more.

    get rid off the zero damage!!! It may work on CTF, but on nothing else. Imagine this what I have to do - I am a sniper, I take aim, but have to wait a while becasue I will ruin my shot if too soon. THe oponent sees me and hits me. I am lucky. Then I hit him and kill him. In CTF emeny has nothing to fear from others as he is picking i[ the flagto kontinue making a point for the team. In DM there are no sides, so when nemy is dropped close to me i cant do a thing to him. and so on. The zero damage is a foolish idea.

    A lighter tank pushed me over or just rammed through me, lifting me up and taking the flag. This is not normal.

    Simple question about: Mission minefield.

    No Maf, this is a bad deal, and one container is not "something" if it is a typical prize such as a useless paint of 3500 crystals. The mission is to place a 1000 mines for the cost of one mine for 50 crystals which gives you a total cost of 50 000 crystals. Even when you rank up, you get less in awards. This is a very costly mission that only benefits the makers of TO, because once the players deplete their stock in such an artificial way, they may want buy more for real money... Unless there is a super prize in that container worth at least 50 K, this is a scam.

    I have a complaint on behalf of the Shaft Community. It is hard to play any HTML5 game because when in sniper mode the crosshairs do not move smoothly. One nearly always has to adjust. The aim simply jumps up or down or left to right right at the time when one takes aim at a target. I have been writing about this for a long time, seems others have the same issue. This seems like a bug that needs to be fixed. This is so bad, I play Magnum because sniper precision is impossible in this game.

    TO has finally outperformed itself. By offering in HTML5 a mission called Sniper dedicated to Vulcan, Hammer and Smokey they have proved how low they have sunk. The mission is called Sniper, but not for Shafts, who ARE SNIPERS! Wow!

    I totally agree. Tanki Online, look at the plight of TankiX. I've seen a joke - its XTanki now... This should be ominous. TankiX failed for a number of reasons, but one was extreme P2W - Pay to Win. Instead of charging people for stuff use the billboards you have in the arenas to advertise.

    No it will not, or tell me when it will. I just played a game. A wasp came up and sprung on me its little package of TNT. So I put on the dome. And the bomb exploded. So it stopped nothing. Are you saying that the dome cancels out the bomb when I used it in the split second when the bomb is deployed? That is just wrong and should not be like that. So again, there are no countermeasures to dome. I put up the dome, the wasp destroys me in it. The wasp puts up the bomb first, I counter with the dome - the bomb goes off. Huner freezes up everyone - I can't put up the dome. I have the dome - the hunter initiates his overdrive - I have no dome. Shall I go on? This is not balance. Oh, and the dome hardly protects - makes no difference if it is freeze, fire, cause, or vulcan.

    Not addressed so far: In HTML when in the sniping mode, the cross hairs jump slightly up or down or left or right depending where I am aiming. This makes me miss or lose time on adjustment. I don't meen jiggling because I am on an uneven surface. That is different. The aim is simply not smooth - imaging moving to hit the target, and suddenly the cross hairs jump up a bit

    The numbers are not lying. Tanki used to have over 100 K players at one time in the weekend, over 60 K in the workweek. Today it is roughly 14-24 k on a good day. The admins and other TO readers of these opinions are on their way to lose employment, and in this pandemic - that will hit Mother Russia with an even greater force than abroad (no real prep) - this can have a very true to life meaning. So to save yourselves stop messing up the game, fix bugs, stop introducing new crap, such as the hovercraft, and concentrate on making the game good again. As for MONEY, as this is most important, right? (keeps the bills paid, puts food on the table...), stop selling items in the shop, make everything free and attainable after effort in the game, and use those damn billboards you have in the game for advertising. Real adverts. Every day roughly 20-40 thousand people throughout a given day (or whatever the number is) will see that advert.

    I am fed up with the zero damage to enemy respawning. I have had a conversation about this with another seasoned player Wolverin. The whole argument is that zero damage gives a fighting chance to the defending team if the base is swarming with blood thirsty enemy. Well, I say the whole concept is flawed. First of all when you aim (I am a shaft) you may not know if that particular tank respawned. So you waste your shot, and it takes time to reload. Then the tanks re spawn not only close to the base, but farther, so that gives them an advantage. I gave an example of an enemy tank dropping the flag because he was shot down, but the flag was picked up by a respiring tank who had god-like powers and could deliver the flag safely. But let's not be fixed on CTF. What about DM ?- no base there but the respiring tanks can take the advantage. What about CP? - no base there but if you are holding a point a respawned tank easily destroys you without risk or damage to himself. Assault? The tactic there is to harass the attackers and stop them from delivering the flags by actually bombing them or killing them at the flags. When they respawn they have the advantage of freely running with the flag. My suggestion is to scrap the idea of zero damage. In a conflict that is a ridiculous concept (though on the other hand respawing too). So if there need to be a zero damage, then only for tanks respawing right at the base, or at the flag/ball.
