It had been nearly six months since Elizabeth had been abducted. Now, her days all felt the same, a man named George would ask her how she was every morning, and leave her with a sizeable amount of bread and a bottle of water. When Elizabeth asked why she was being held, the response was always the same, probably to make her stay at the inhospitable and run-down shack a little more optimistic. She might even escape if not for the expensive laser bars which kept her in. On just another monotonous and mind-dulling morning, her captor came to speak to her again. “Well, Elizabeth. It’s been six months now. Care to tell us more about Douglas and why he was after you? “Wow… six months, and yet I don’t even know your name, and you can’t seem to understand that I have no idea why he was after me.” “Don’t dodge the question, it-” “Is very important that you tell me. Right?” Elizabeth tried her best to say the words like her captor. “You don’t understand the problem, do you?” “The only problem here seems to be that you don’t have have the courage to fight me. That’s why the laser bars are there, isn’t it?” “Well no. It’s not that.” “We have a problem, sir.” “What would that be? The front of the base was littered with fallen fighters. Steven was fighting the two that remained. One of the soldiers attempted to break his enemy’s ribs, only to be collared and held at gunpoint. “Let Jimmy go, and I let you go!” “See the thing is, you’re in no place to make demands.” Steven fired three shots into Jimmy’s stomach and emptied the remaining two on his friend. Both of them fell to the floor instantly. The man reached into his pockets and slammed a new magazine into his pistol, and went inside the shack. As soon as he entered, he found three people waiting for him. “Come with us peacefully. We have orders to kill you, but if you come willingly, we’ll make it as quick as possible.” Seeing that the three men had their guns levelled at his head, Steven raised his hands into the air while holding his weapon. “That’s good. Quickly now, let’s go!” One of the men said as he walked towards Steven with what appeared to be a blindfold. Just as soon as his enemy was about to put the blindfold on his head, Steven released the magazine of his pistol which hit his soon-to-be captor’s head and proceeded to slam his knee in the enemy’s face. Then, fell to the floor as his enemies withdrew their weapons once more and continued to reload his gun and incapacitate his enemies with two well-placed shots. “THAT’S ENOUGH MR. STEVEN!” A voice boomed from a dark corridor. Steven raised his gun. “Well then, don’t kidnap my friends!” “KIDNAP?” the man lowered his microphone, “We’re trying to save her from these save her from Douglas!” “Prove it. Let Elizabeth go with me. I’m her friend, and I can take her to safety.” “Elizabeth, do you know this man?” “Steven? How did you find me? What happened to you, why are you so muscular?” “So you do know him.” the man frowned. “Yes, he’s one of my great friends. By this point, you should just let me go because otherwise he’ll have to kill you, and we wouldn’t that, would we?” “No. However, I don’t trust you, Steven. I’ll send Kevin and Paul with you, to ensure that you keep your word.” “Sure.” With that, Steven, Elizabeth, Kevin, and Paul walked out of the shack and towards a plane. “How did you find me, Steven?” “It’s a long story Elizabeth. I’ll tell you when we’re up in the air.” “You managed to snag a plane? All by yourself?” “Well, it’s a bit more technical than that,” the party got on board the plane and closed the door to prepare for take-off. “We have time, tell me! Nice plane by the way. This thing is massive.” “Well, you see I had to make a deal.” Steven raised his pistol and fired two shots, one at Kevin and the other at Paul. Both men collapsed. “WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO STEVEN? I cannot speak for every moderator, but as far as my knowledge goes, moderators of any part of the forum only try to minimize flame wars, the use of vulgar language and correcting mistakes they made. It isn't to hinder you or ruin yournposts, but to keep the forum a good and positive place for tankers of all ages

Seeing as this is the EN forum, that is what I meant. To you, they behave like babies. To them though, you take Tanki too seriously.

I assume that you mean real-life war. In which case, I don't entirely know what to say. Most tanki players aren't from that same place, and they can't think or work like a person in the military. Many tankers are people less than 15. You can't expect such people to go through hell and heaven for a battle in Tanki. Tanki also isn't meant to be like an actual war.

I mean to say that don't fight losing battles if you want to win. I won't bother going into the details of why using the bathroom is important. As for food, sure you can, but there can be times where you just get out of a pro battle and jump into a normal battle and due to the longevity of the pro battle felt hungry ut decided not to eat right then anyways.

I am sure that you've heard the saying "choose your battles." And also "cut your losses". Both of these capture an important idea. Instead of spending all your patience and persistencemof Tanki, save it for real life (not to say that Tanki is not fun, but real life should take priority). The latter of the two is to say that if your team is not soing well, just leave and join another battle. There's no shame or harm in doing that. Hunger and the need to use the washroom are human urges. As you probably made out, playing with people may sometimes result in them. Calm down though.

I don't play long matches. You're right, 10 minutes isn't that long. But losing a match isn't even that bad anymore. Certainly not bad enough to snatch away someone's hard hours spent.

I didn't quite understand that. It wouldn't truly help anybody as such. Except maybe the legends who get demoted.

Well realistically, it is quite impractical to implement and many players would just stop playing regular battles for fear that they will get fined or demoted to Marshal. What's the point of demoting/fines? How does it make your life better?

Penalizing multing won't solve anything. What if I need to take a washroom break or grab a snack? Having to pay a fine would be pretty silly.

You do realize that Maths isn't just so you can add flowers and fruits right? I don't mean to argue, but you make it seem like this: 2 + 2 = 4 - 1 4 = 3 But since this is untrue, we can therefore conclude that it is not possible.
