So when you reach Legend ranks, you will not face enough troubles going against powerful enemies because you will not be playing with newly purchased booster but rather a higher modification one because Brutus at Legend ranks isn't that potent enough if you have an attacking gameplay.

I thought a lot about it, but I don't think that will be much feasible, the current version of the game isn't what it was used to be back when Esplanade was playable as a normal map. We got crisis, many drones performing different functions, Juggernaut and many mining drones which have the potential to mine the whole map, all in all leading to numerous modes in it not playable at all. The same would happen with Noise I fear, hence devs aren't adding it back.
