1st point seems valid enough to be implemented, it has been suggested in the past as well if I'm not wrong. For 2nd point, barrier is let's say not a strong suit of TO, the Game has always relied on self-destructing the tank, so I don't think Devs will implement a barrier around maps. (The chances that the 2nd point gets implemented is very low)

Since Battle moderation won't be returning to Pro-battles as of now unless stated otherwise, hackers will continue their attempts to abuse and exploit that mode. However, certain Pro-battle modifications or features are planned which allows the player who created the battle to have special powers, let's hope this is one of them. But it would be an instant kick from the battle, and not a vote-kick system since that system involves Battle moderation.
